I have always looked forward to the monthly 'snail-mail' promos and they have arrived within the first couple of days of the start of the promo.

JC, I have not had one in a good couple of months but now, I have just received one from Slotastic..St. Patricks day promo that expired April 30th and now today, one from Grande Vegas for St. Pat's, too.

I have never had this problem before.

Hopefully, it's not the fault of USPS on a go-slow. I know they are having problems right now but...grrrr.

Same thing here. Arrived today. 3 envelopes with promos, one for easter (expired) one for St. Pat's (expired) and one for Mother's day (still good) from Slotastic -- which I'm assuming is the same group, but I don't have installed. No telling how much these little mailings are costing the casinos, and for them to arrive a full month late.... certainly not worth whatever they're paying.

These are all RTG casinos and there is a facility called the message inbox should they wish to dish out freebies. They can easily notify the player of this via email.

Other than being environmentally unfriendly the snail mail takes many days to reach a destination. It incurs postal charges and may get lost so why the hell do casinos stick with it?

Do you mean that it worked to redeem in the cashier or worked to cash out money from? I mean, if something is expired, the casino don't have to pay even if you clear playthrough.

That's what I thought, too.

It would be a good idea to talk to support before playing it.

But why the delay? It has never happened before but why now, all of a sudden? Slacking? They are going down? They are depressed because of failing profits?

It is not a good sign to me.

I have a little life with a little income and those little snail-mail envelopes make me happy, Beth! :D

Now, what's a girl to do? :eek2:

Tom?;)

Ha ha yes I know....same here. I have been wondering if I am now "written off" I get it though, those envelopes used to make me feel appreciated as a customer, but I guess you aren't supposed to win:D
