Slow verifications are unnecessary imho

I just messaged Karolina to give me a hand to speed things up but man it burns my ass because this is my first withdrawal from Casinomax and after I've sent multiple documents I get this reply:

"Thank you for your email and verification documents, they have been received and added to your account for review by the Cashiers Department, please allow them up to 2 business days for them to get back to you, you will get an email confirming everything once done

Firstly I've had casinos just ok me almost instantly after I have given my info... But this bugs me because I feel it's one last ditch tactic to make me anxious and revert my cashout... Is that how you guys would feel or is this fairly standard?
 
This Paul guy at casinomax has no clue what's going on. I've sent him front and back pics of 3 ccs I've used and he still keeps asking for the one which I actually sent 3 times now.. Omg, this is beyond annoying.
 
Some casinos use the "up to 2 days" to give them a margin for error in case it takes longer, but review them as soon as support gets around to it.

Other casinos use it as another pending period to hope you play your money back. It's more of a "we'll wait at least 2 days no matter what and update your account when we feel like it" instead of "up to 2 days."

Barring exceptional circumstances (half the payments team is sick, etc.), I don't think there's ever a good reason for it to take more than one business day aside from trying to take advantage of players. Ideally it would be done within an hour, but a lot of U.S. facing casinos aren't big enough to have a 24 hour payment/security team, while others just don't care. There's just no competition in the US market to force casinos to change up their act.

Regarding casinomax group, my verification took just a bit under a day. So I don't think they're intentionally stalling, but you can only get it done when the right people are working. On the other hand, they still do have mandatory waiting/pending periods for withdrawals, which I assume IS to get you to play back your money.
 
I think I was comparing to for instance inetbet, even tho they have been cold as hell for me lately and I'm pissed at that site when I verified it was literally one person I communicated with in the span of an hour until he said you're good to go.

Just hate waitin is all

The time frame we provide up to 2 business days is a guide line. If the documents provided are complete and clear usually cashier approves them in 24 business hours. I can see that your pay out was requested over the weekend and yesterday cashier asked for the KYC.

The documents is forwarded to cashier for checks as customer support doesn't have the ability to approve documents.

Saying that I can confirm that your account has been verified now and pay out authorised to be approved in next 2-3h. Should you have any future withdrawals the process will be much quicker.

Why won't you play at Casino Extreme? (or did I ask this before...?). Once verified, and I think that goes quickly too, you can ask support to process your withdrawal. Well, you must have read about them in other posts here - they are the fastest of all RTG casinos!

Thanks again! And yea it wasn't that he couldn't verify its because he was asking for the same documents multiple times is all, that's what started to bug me. I think I sent the one card alone front and back 3 times and he still kept asking.. Lol so that's what started to bug me. But we're good now thanks!

Mouche mainly because they don't have a simple CC deposit method. Brango did and then they didn't after a few months. I'm just not a btc guy is all, I deposit muitple times in a night because I try to catch fire on like 40 dollar deposits as opposed to dropping 200 bucks all at once.

But I'm gonna think about tryin extreme a bit but doing one larger deposit for the night, I just wish they had a credit card option.

Do you not have any trouble with banks/credit card providers? I'm always paranoid that one too many "SuperWholesaleMarketsPlus" or "JewelryMerchantsForeignCountry" transactions and they'll be closed up. Let alone receiving withdrawals.

Actually I never had an issue at all, been making deposits to casinos via ccs for years now and never an issue. Same with depositing checks.

All I had to do once with my bank is open up international use and never had an issue since.. All that happened a few times was the card would lock thinkin it was fraud but like I said they international use made it fine

Naturally it’s slow. They want the reversal.
Take a break until it’s done.
I had a withdrawal at accredited casino here try to force me to reverse.
Just took a 7 day break, strangely enough the cash was in my bank within 2 days.
 
Sorry to see what was once a reputable RTG site, turn crap with delay tactics.
Over a year ago I posted a glowing review of casino max, which they then copy and pasted (and changed my name from kevin22 to kevin77) on the main reviews page for CM.
Friends of mine and myself had our documents all verified within minutes of supplying them last year.
I stopped playing here because of the RTP drop, but decided after a year I would try it again without a bonus (they bonus banned me because I had 3 cash outs last year) and won a small amount.
Knowing I would lose it all if I continued to play with low RTP, I cashed out.
They are now asking for verification of cards I used a year ago and do not physically have anymore. Sometimes I used prepaid gift cards, and also it was back during the merchant hack crisis of RTG sites so I was replacing all my cards every month that I used on RTG sites.
I’ve cashed out since using those cards yet they want them now for some reason, and the reason is they know I don’t have them anymore.
Stay the hell away from this casino. They have gone from great to garbage just like everyone in this forum predicted.
 
Nah it turned out good,, the rep was just confused by the documents and by morning I was verified etc... I just thought I was going to be strung along a bit but everything turned out..

And Karolina is a top rep, she always gets things in line in a speedy manner.

As for the rtp, yea it's a little sketchy at times

so a minimum of 4 business days for a BTC cashout. There's WAY better sites to play at.
Even 5dimes has caught up in times with payout timing. max time for cashout lately has been next day BTC. One time I even got paid within 4 hours
Maybe after my cashout I'll try them again in another year. if they're still around

There was all day friday and all day monday.
I also love the banks are closed statement. I withdrew via BTC.

That does sound strange, but... CM does have a "pending period" like most RTG sites where you have to wait 48 hours ( and it doesn't include weekends ) until they actually process the cashout. This would explain why you weren't paid on Friday or on Monday. This is considered normal at a lot of casinos and yes... The whole reason is to try and get people to reverse. It is a dumb tactic for sure.

Ah the 48 hour pending period, I've lost many many 4 figure cashouts due to this.

Lately I have gotten better at this, but I estimate probably around $20K this year alone slip back into the casinos, so it works so why would they change it?

Yes there is CasinoExtreme and Brango, but my luck with them was crap.

I was really hopeful CasinoMax would have paved the way for removing that 48 hour pending period and catch up with CE and Brango in the instant cashout space. Maybe another 5 years and it will get to that point , or some other place will popup that will be able to offer variety .

When will RTG finally get a withdraw lock feature for pending cashouts? One day maybe US players will be able to enjoy a feature like that. 3 Dice has it, and kudos to them for leading the way with that. Sorry to de-rail the thread, just what came to mind when delay tactics came up.
 
I don't mind a processing period, even tho sure instant is tops... But 48 hours for me isn't that bad.

Honestly tho when I cash out I'll never touch it, I think once or twice I did and I was so mad when I lost it that I absolutely never revert a cash out.

Now if I win some money and let it sit there for a day or so and think "oh I'll just play 100 of that ".. Then that's trouble. But when I cash it's basically a set and forget it situation which I'm glad I can do

Indeed the pay out was requested on 20th December. Then after cashier is checking the account and see if pay out can be processed. In your situation we have noticed that some of card copies are missing. Cashier asked for the copies of cards used. On 24th your account was updated with all the documents and explanation one of the cards is no longer in use. However as I mentioned before, when account was updated it was too late to process the pay out.

Cashier usually deal with all cash outs early morning GMT.

I understand it may be frustrating however if account is fully verified with all documents the cash out times are 24-48 business hours, no longer.

I spoke to cashier as soon as I seen your thread and pa out was executed next business day. I'm sure it cleared by now.
