Well then I guess you can sign up and not receive any promotions. Waiting for clarification from the rep - but it seems a bit confused to me. Either you can play in full or not. Swedes should not be given bonus offers from the casino if the casino can't fulfill the offer.

Yeah, sorry i should have mentioned that in my last post.
I apparently had an account there. (dont remember making one there)
I assumed i didnt since the mails are talking about first deposit bonuses.

Still a bit weird they send me mails about deposit bonuses when their terms state Swedish players cant take part of any bonuses.

It could be that the email is not geotargeted.

The offer hasn't been localized in Swedish.
 
Hi everyone again:)

We investigated this case and came to the conclusion that the player's email could potentially come due to a failure of the mailer service.

For our part, we checked everything. Thank you all for your alertness:)
 
First experience was ok, deposited a shedload and withdrew some back fairly promptly.
Now I can't seem to play any games after depositing ~$1000 of Bitcoin my balance in all games is 0.00 and live chat is AWOL.
Needs a better way to transfer between currencies and more support staff by the look of it.

Edit: live chat answered after 25 minutes with basically "I dunno" and immediately closed the chat. Good stuff.

OK - 60 days is up. Is there any negative feedback that would keep these folks from being accredited? If so, please state your piece now.
 
I did use the 200% first deposit bonus for german players including 200 freespins that should have been credited in 5 daily increments...

After losing my deposit + bonus and having left a few cent in my balance i canceled the bonus to get rid of the few cent... That lead to the remaining 4 increments of freespins not getting credited too.

Support was not very helpful telling me "please pay more attention next time" - not crediting the spins manually as i was kinda expecting.. But in the end it was my fault and its only 160 freespins lost....
