However what I will never understand are players that are targeting these promotions and play them exactly in a way that maximizes their profit. They blatantly abuse the generosity of the casino with a strategy that is so ridiculously obvious I can only shake my head. They don't even TRY to be fair.
I play VP/BJ myself but a turnover of 1x and withdraw? Let me guess, most "grind" through the 1x deposit with fairly low bets right?

They do have it in their rules. I guess it's the last part they are using against you.
There is not much you can do about it. Either you wager more or you play somewhere else.

In order to thwart potential money laundering attempts a deposit must be wagered a minimum of at least one and up to a required five times before being withdrawn, at Casino discretion. The casino may choose to not process withdrawals for a player should the player’s lifetime real money wagering not accrue to at least five times the total amount of funds deposited to the casino.

So let me just guess. They have bonus-banned you after your blatant abuse or the cruise-free spin offer. Now you try to "camouflage" good intentions by doing straight deposits (and being clever to wager them only 1,5 times) in order to regain bonus-eligibility.

Now that by itself might be superficially clever but still pretty dull. Even worse is that you AGAIN did not use proper communication channels by first contacting their rep. It's save to say you know that your type of play is frowned upon and any of their reps will not give you any special treatment for being a CM-member so you use this forum to extort Betat/SV in all your despair.

payout rates at betat and slottyvegas are that good, that you don´t even need a bonus, to have a decent playtime AND a serious chance to generate some winnings.

i also like to use the codes sometimes, wouldnt have even wasted a thought about withdrawing my deposit and then redeem them. i prefer to do it like spintee told once:

play with the deposit, if you succeed, withdraw (in faith the freespins will be forfeitet when withdrawal is requested) or bust and have the freespins as a 2nd chance.

maybe it would be an idea to forfeit freespins when withdrawing? in that way this way of abuse could be eliminated imo.

withdrawing the deposit and then redeem the freespins goes imo a bit way to far to say just "bonus abuse"... thats like going to a shop take the 2 for one offer, return one item and keep the other...

because - the way you presented the facts - not mentionning the whole facts

led to the wrong impression that you deposited 100 euro using a freespin code - fullfilled all wagering reqs and tried to withdraw it afterwards as a whole amount and were limited to 200€max cashout.

That was misleading information.

You are bonus abuser! you took advantage of the not so strict t&c of a reputable brand and then you blamed them after they found out and tried to protect themselves. publicly....

Instead of firstly use that emergency chat button big fat placed in your account section at their site where i first questionned myself, why i ever should need it since support is outstanding.

Doing a mistake once is excusable. Doing it a second time, after being told what to do in such cases, is plain "st***d (don't know if i am allowed to use that word here) or vicious or both.

Your repeated mistake (see top of the thread):

Do not post a complaint without notifying the appropriate casino representative here. If you cannot locate the appropriate casino rep, please inform us by stating so in your initial post. FAILURE TO NOTIFY THE CASINO REP MAY JEOPARDIZE YOUR ACCOUNT.

This implies to me that you are out to tarnish the reputation of one of the best casinos out there because they were so smart to expose you as a BONUS ABUSER.

Michael is one of the most generous and proficient guy i have come across in a long time. Hence, i see you posting his name here as an offense as well.

I might repeat myself now but:

Grow up, take it on the chin that you have been caught by them and stay at Bet-AT/Slotty as a honest regular player or move one to other pastures. Just, please stop posting nonsense stuff on this forum.
