So I played here a fair bit last week while streaming and requested a withdrawal on Thursday night. As my account is fully verified I expected to see it hit Monday morning, but nada.

Around 24 hours later they sent me an e-mail asking for a Skrill screenshot and then a few hours later asked an explanation about why my address is not matching the one on the account.

So after all this was sorted, I just received this:

Dear XXX,

Thank you for the provided explanation. Skrill has been verified as payment method.

We will be processing €800 to your Skrill account, however the remaining €1200 and future payment requests will have to be processed directly to your bank account until the amount deposited via Neteller and Skrill exceeds the amount withdrawn.

We ask that you kindly forward a bank statement showing your bank details such as bank name, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding on this matter.

Do not hesitate to contact us either on LiveChat or via email should you have any questions.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,
Selma

Bank transfer for EUR 1200, really?

i dont think so. its part of their anti money laundering term.

Slotty Vegas checks all transactions to ensure prevention of any money laundering attempts. If Slotty Vegas at any moment in time suspects that there may have been money laundering activity through use of its website(s), it reserves the right to demand further information from the customer(s) involved, as it may deem appropriate. Slotty Vegas will immediately report any transactions that it deems suspicious to the relevant authorities.

8.4

Winnings are subject to Slotty Vegas verification procedures before payment is made.

8.5

Withdrawals will be paid to the account from which deposits have originated, in their correct order.

For example, if a deposit is made from a Master Card followed by a deposit from an e-Wallet, winnings made from deposited funds must first be paid out to Master Card in the value of the deposit. Any remaining winnings may be withdrawn to the e-Wallet.

The User may request a payout from their existing balance provided that all payments methods registered have been confirmed and verified. Any expense related to withdrawal requests shall be charged to the receiver.

8.8

If the payment solutions provided by Slotty Vegas do not offer redirection of payouts to the same bank account from which the funds originated, the User shall record a bank account with Slotty Vegas in order for the funds to be transferred upon verification.

8.9

If a User deposits money via multiple payment solutions offered by Slotty Vegas, or via bank transfer originating from more than one bank account, the User will have recorded more than one payment method with Slotty Vegas. We will need to confirm that the User is the account holder of each specified payment method and/or bank account individually, therefore reserve the right to request all documentation necessary, including a bank statement to confirm that bank accounts belong to the particular user in question.s i all part of their anti money laundering term

Umm, but I have never made a deposit with any other method apart from Skrill and Neteller. What they are doing basically makes me think that they are running low on e-wallet funds. Otherwise it makes absolutely no sense.

they are sister casino to betat. i doubt they are doing anything of that sort.
have you ever made a withdrawal before.

betat is very picky with their withdrawals and withdrawing to original deposit method. to the point that i stopped playing there when i used a bunch of methods to deposit and they wouldnt withdraw to my ecopayz only to my bank account...CS was quite stern with me about this.... i imagine its no different at slotty vegas.

There's been some irregularities with your payment method and ewallets are regularly used methods for those engaging in multi-accounting - they're simply looking to confirm that you have access to a bank account in the name of your account. Fairly standard AML procedure when something unusual turns up. Hope you get it sorted soon.
