hi so i got 1000e with bonus balance and when i got to real balance they emailed me that i exceeded the max bet while in a bonus which was 2e stake i bought bonuses only and thats probably why they voided all winnings now im wonderming if there is anything i can do regard to this or atleast get my deposit back ...

they were stripped of their UK license, they were stripped of accreditation on here, play elsewhere.
If you breached the terms, then probably nothing, they might relent if it was only one spin, but I doubt it.

I shan't think so as you bought bonuses, plural, which I'm sure far exceeded the allowed bet cap; always check the Ts and Cs to save yourself future grief
