Hi, can anyone who has experience of SlotsMillion tell me how long it normally takes to get documents verified? I joined this casino on Saturday AM 3rd March mad a very small deposit to try it out but I always like to get verified before I make any further deposits. It is now day 5 and my documents are still in the state of 'Processing'. Does it normally take this long or is it because I am not actually trying to make a withdrawal and so they have no reason to try and find a way out of paying so are taking their time? This alone has already put me off playing there anyway but most other casino's I have joined have ranged from a few hours to up to 24 hrs at most!

I uploaded my documents immediately too when I joined. After about a month and some deposits I made a withdrawal and only then they actually processed the KYC documents (both check and withdrawal were pretty fast then, like 12 hours).

ah well, to hell with them, if it takes this long just to do KYC it gives me no confidence in how they would handle everything else. This should really be added their review here (can I do that?). Plenty other places happy to have my money!

Less than a day. But no one bothered to let me know.

Contact the rep. She usually responds very quickly.

The reps are notified and will hopefully jump in here :))

I got fed up of waiting and decided to deposit at a casino i use regularly elsewhere instead. When something as simple and straightforward as KYC takes so long it sets alarm bells ringing for me, better the devil you know!

These guys are def getting slower with things. Cashouts and verification from the feedback ive been getting and seeing around here

I uploaded my docs last week, and by saturday I asked chat again when they would be processed.. I was told i.d would be done that weekend (which it has been), but proof of address would be on monday (during the week as that department didnt work weekends or somethin), that still hasn't been verified yet. (although in their defence it could be because speaking to live chat it maybe because what I uploaded was just out of the 3 month period they usually request).. Otherwise it seems reasonably quick so far.

Hello everyone,

We prioritize the KYC verification of players whose KYC verification is mandatory (and blocking them from depositing or withdrawing) over the others. I believe the review of non mandatory documents is done twice a week by the Payment&Fraud team.

@budskap: a month without having your documents reviewed (either accepted or feedback given) seems odd to me. Would you mind sending me your username by MP so I can have a look at your checks history and see what happened there? Maybe the document was rejected by the email to inform you didn't go through

It puts me off even more that you appear to put such a low priority on the checking of "non mandatory" documents. Is there such a thing as "non mandatory" when you are going to make us submit them at some point or as soon as we want to make a withdrawal? There are many people like myself who like to get the document verification sorted BEFORE depositing hard earned cash to try and make sure there will be no nasty shenanigans if we are fortunate to win enough to make a withdrawal. Interestingly I have just checked my account to see that my identification has been rejected (no email by the way I had to ask chat why it was rejected!) because I forgot to include a picture of the back of my driving licence which actually has zero identifiable information unless you are interested in what classes of vehicle I am allowed to drive! I will stick with my regular haunts where my identity is already confirmed, and where on the odd occasion that it needs to re-verified, will be done quicker than the 96+ hours it has taken thus far! And yes I now know that you verification team do not work weekends!

I highly recommend sending all documents to any casino before playing there, it's better to be a fully verified player and there shouldn't be any let downs or hold ups when it comes to making a withdrawal (Keeping in mind that you stick to their T&Cs, of course) :)

I think I had to send my documents in to actually play here and I've had a small withdrawal already.. Definitely fast pay outs.

5 star casino !!

Hello ReggieMac,

I understand that it is much more reassuring to get your KYC check done before making any deposit to be sure you are cleared and you won't have any trouble later on, although it is true that as we don't usually practice nasty shenanigans we don't assume our players mistrust us as core principle of our processes, hence the fact that we prioritize the players who do need to get their KYC checked.

I am sorry our response wasn't fast enough to satisfy you, I have already forwarded your feedback to the Payment&Fraud department so they can take it in consideration in the revision of the KYC processes.

Regarding the fact that you didn't get a notification, I found a player in our system that looks like you (I would need you to provide your username by MP to be sure I'm not mistaking) and I can confirm the email was properly dispatched and received on your domain although we cannot know if it has been automatically routed to spam which I can only assume.

Regards

"we don't assume our players mistrust us as core principle of our processes" now that made me laugh! :D If it only it worked the other round as well! Yes, you are correct, my mistake I did receive an email at 12.10 today about my documents and it was in my SPAM folder so my apologies, that means it only took 50+ hours to get that far (excluding the weekend).

It's now almost 8 days for me to get verified with a pending withdrawal. Seems a bit odd to me... you know what I mean ...
Anyways still waiting
