Slotsmillion Incorrect Amount Sent and Ignoring Emails

I will keep this short and sweet since I have lost all patience with Slotsmillion.

Last Thursday I had a great win in what was a succession of withdrawal requests, all of which had been approved quickly and in my account within 24-48 business hours. I was rapt, they had really outdone themselves from previous experience. This latest withdrawal was approved on Friday and from the recent past experience was to be expected on Monday/Tuesday.

Tuesday swings around and I receive about $1100 LESS than i was owed.

That very morning (knowing that I have done this all before when they “lost” a withdrawal for me) I instantly forward them a PDF copy of my bank statement and a copy of the email they had sent when they had approved the withdrawal request.

I have now sent five emails to both the VIP and Support addresses and contacted their rep @Thomas-SlotsMillion on here to no response. 72 hours later with an issue such as this and to not even reply or acknowledge receipt of an email is atrocious and verging on rogue.

The fact they had processed multiple chunky withdrawals so quickly had lulled me into false sense of security.

Decided to post this in order to see if resolution (or even just acknowledgement) can be made in the next 24 hours otherwise I guess I would need to file my second ever PAB against them. Also as a warning to everyone else who plays there.
 
Slotsmillion can surprise you.

You can make a withdrawal and plan a 3 months ahead vacation with and the withdrawal hitting your bank account on the day of departure, just in time for some extra vacation spending when you least expect it!

As I mentioned it to you in our private chat, it's all sorted now. Missing part of your fund has been sent out.

If anyone faces an issue at some point and is not getting a fast answer from the support team, feel free to reach out to me via PM. I will do my best to get them to take care of it ASAP.

In that case, our support team had some backlog of chats/emails to go through, so again, apologies for the very slow reply.

Thanks Okman for highlighting the 24-48h period of time :p It took us some time to get rid of our previous payment provider for international payments and find this new one but at least, it works now.

Thanks again for jumping on that issue for me Thomas. These things happen but as I mentioned to the support team I’m now in contact with, even just an email letting me know there’s a backlog and someone will look at it shortly would have been all it took to at least put my mind at some level of ease. If you just have radio silence the mind wanders and thinks the worst!

I’ve now had confirmation that the remaining funds have been sent to me and I will let you all know when they hit my account.

To be fair their processing has gotten 100x better, a few months ago I wouldn’t have dreamed of 24/48hr turnarounds from approval to bank account, which last week they did consistently.
 
Ok everyone, the remaining balance hit my account this morning. Whilst I can understand these things happen, you tend to think the worst after being burnt a couple of times by a provider in the past. To their credit, they have maintained a 24-72hr turnaround on cashouts lately so again big improvement on past performances!

My one remaining gripe would have to be getting slugged two lots of third party transaction and bank fees for the money being sent twice, but hey can’t win them all.
 
@Okman - agree the VIP emails are a hit/miss (ongoing) issue. Last week, they bounced on me. Received cashback that week, and withdrew a tad less than 1/2 of it. $350 (less $15 bank fee) arrived next day. Saturday had a $5K withdrawal, which I locked.

The new Rep here Alexandre seems to be on the ball.

Fingers crossed, my $5K arrives quickly, without drama.
 
I wish they had approval and processing over the weekend though, I normally lock withdrawals so it gets a bit weird when I have a few wins but can’t submit another request until the prior one is approved, normally leads to pissing it away unfortunately.

I have to give a massive shout out to Aroa though, who since this post was made has stayed on top of everything for me. Had a withdrawal submitted Thursday early afternoon, sent an email to just check if it was kosher to expedite it and as I clicked send it was approved, personal email back from Aroa and received the VERY next morning. I do have another pending from last night however, so let’s just get another repeat of the speed we are enjoying lately!

Loving the new Stakelogic Megaways btw, good for a grind :)
 
Black Gold Megaways, that and HotSpin Deluxe, is what hit big for me. Yes, the single withdrawal option is frustrating over weekends. If I have another withdrawal to go, tend to walk away and play a PC game or something. Though, like yourself, I've pissed intended withdrawals too because of this daft 1 withdrawal only.
 
Still nothing... I hope this isn't going to be another waiting game, with endless bonced emails.
 
Slotsmillion.... lot of withdrawal conplaints lately. Verification took 8 days... reversed withdrawal and just after the loss received an email. Coincidence ... maybe... it takes too long for anything in my opinion to play stressless at a casino....

@Skephan Indeed, we have had some non-negligible issues with one of the international payment provider we were working with until around August this year. But this has been fixed already. We have been working hard to improve every step of the process since then.
Fortunately or unfortunately depending on where you stand, as a licensed casino operator we are forced to implement more and more checks towards our customers which ultimately add extra steps and therefore, extra waiting time. Everyone working here is committed to do his/her best to provide the greatest and smoothest casino experience and the week-end payouts is only one of the on-going projects.
