They void my $2000 winnings with new added games in restricted list.
I played there a lot of time before with bonus.
Allways was ok. Last week I played (100+100 matchme bonus) and won in DOA more than USD 1500 and a bit more in other games.
I put 2000 for withdrawal and they void my rare win.
After chat I discover that they have add to restricted list Jackpot , Live Casino/ Live Dealer, : Blood Suckers™, Kings of Chicago™, Dead or Alive™, Devil's Delight™, The Wish Master™, Champion of the Track™, Robin Hood: Shifting Riches™, Jackpot 6000, Mega Joker, Piggy Riches, SuperMonopoly, Secret of the Stones.

I don't know what to do. They are pretty shit liers. With this rules they can void anything anytime.

Dead or Alive has been restricted here for ages. I know this because it was in the restricted list when I was playing with a bonus weeks ago. Make sure to get that list before starting a bonus anywhere. You have no leg to stand on here I'm afraid if it's a restricted slot it's a restricted slot.

For normal play the must pop up notification when I open restricted slot or game or block for play when bonus is activated like in other NORMAL casinos.

Not all casinos have this feature. I understand you are angry and it must suck to lose out on all that cash. Slots Magic are a good casino though. Explain to them you didn't know DOA was restricted and ask for your deposit back. Always request a list of the terms and conditions so this doesn't happen again. Also worth checking your Loyalty points balance you may just get a nice surprise if you wagered lots. They are a good casino just a bit annoying the wagering REQ contributions are kind of low.
 
I know exactly how you feel. They confiscated almost 3000€ winnings because i used the wrong deposit method for a 100% bonus over a year ago. And im still angry when i think about it. Wasnt a problem when i lost before btw. And they changed that rule a couple of month later. :rolleyes: You can try to contact the rep here. Never deposited another Cent there.

I know this doesnt help you and you are very angry at the moment. Nothing worse than winning and dont feel you did anything wrong just to find out you dont get your wins. :(

How can anyone justify this, even if the game is not allowed it should warn the player. Won't ever use them knowing this now.
 
To be fair, There rules are pretty pretty clear, I am not agreeing with some of there outrageous rules because some are stupid including wager

@bowki if thats true and confiscated wins due to getting bonus with wrong deposit than at least they should refund any deposits back used if any wins would of been void, Beter still if the bonus was granted than they should of honoured it

Why would certain games be on a restricted list for bonuses?

Read the Terms buddy! If you want a feature added, ask for it. The casino's Accreditation should not be dependant on your ability to read basic instructions.

I have played there for ages and accepted T&C when I registered my account.
No NETENT games was at that moment.
Deposits, bonuses, withdrawals never had issues.....
How much I lost before they void my wins? I dont remember.
So why they not void my loses and get back my deposits when I breach their T&C before?
They never informed me about changes in T&C by e-mail, but they everyday sent me some bonus spam.
Never pop up notification when I loading casino lobby about update of T&C.
They take enormous deposit fees now. Is it normal?
They MUST inform me when I loading restricted slot, isn't it?
Why I need everytime search for changes in their T&C?
And awful wager requirments at all (bonus x60)
I know that this Casino may do all things for void wins if you played with bonus.

Any to say from REP?

As previously mentioned in our communications the game in question has been on the bonus policy for several months, even before the Netent games were actually live in our casino.

We ultimately strive to be as clear and transparent as possible with our terms of use and all of our users were informed about this update before it took place.

Having played with us for a long time you will know that our bonus policy is always available for members and can be accessed from many locations, including the cashier section whenever a customer plans to claim a bonus (as can be seen in the image).

In such cases, the decision of accepting/not accepting the bonus,is clearly up to the member and when in doubt our support is always available to clarify.

Once again, I’m really sorry to read that you feel cheated. You have been with us for quite some time with many successful runs.
I’m sure you will continue to benefit from future promotions in the same way you have done in the past.
