hi guys, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Firstly before I say what the issue is, I am by no means a sore loser, infact I'm pretty good at it lol

The thing is, some thing just does not add up for me with this particular promotion. Its a million pound slot draw promotion played over many linked sites, I've played it as long as its been running maybe playing 100 pounds on the promotion a week and never winning in the draw, fair enough. But last week I spent over 1000 pounds, winnings I had and was happy to gamble, I don't mind at all, the rules are for every 10 pounds bet you got one entry into the draw, I should of had at least 100 entries. I have played online bingo for years and I know some of us regular players are big slot players but not really that many are, I know this as I know the majority of the players across the linked sites. The odds in this just don't stack up to me. Any how my question is this, who could I contact to have the draw investigated? As I said, I'm happy to win lose or draw and I never really have any issues with promotions etc. But this one has me concerned.

many thanks in advance

A quick look and I see that site is part of the VF Bingo network, and google confirms that was a networked promotion running across a number of different VirtueFusion Bingo sites.

I found it on Boylebingo, williamhill etc etc. Perhaps knowing that it was not limited to the site you played on will adjust your view on the odds of winning.

In the terms of the promo on one of those other sites I located this:
Winners will be selected in a random draw to be conducted from all valid ticket entries received by PromoVeritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service, within one working day of the relevant closing date.

You can learn more about Promoveritas at thier own website:

I hope that helps.

thanks very much for taking the time to do that. I play on these bingo sites but its actually the slots rather than bingo I play, the casino's and their terms and conditions scare me as I've read so many bad reports. Although after playing for years on the slots, I'm really doubting the validity of them. I know slots are random etc but sometimes betting 200-300 quid and not hitting a bonus round on the same slots I play, I don't know if its pure bad luck or not. Suppose I am just having some doubts and wonder if I would be better off playing on one of the accredited casinos. I'll take a look around. But again many thanks for your help, I expect it was a case of bad luck ;) lol

Have you tried to play bingo at Ace, and if so are they the same crap as other Virtue Fusion based?

From my personal experience I would avoid VF slots.

They are mostly jackpot based with terrible returns. I played these for years while I was a little more into online bingo, and although sometimes you may walk away a hundred or two up, usually you lose the lot.

Their jackpots are HUGE yes, but you are really never getting near one, they go about once a year if I remember rightly.

Also on the actual bingo on VF, you get about 2000 players for a 250 quid prize. Yikes.

I used to play VF bingo sites heavily and I hold over 10 'linked' accounts or more across their network.

In fact I spent hours upon hours playing before I turned to casinos as I found them more enjoyable (and profitable lol)

The promotion your referring to has been run several times in the past £10 stake = 1 ticket in draw etc.

The very first time I played the required slots across 7 or 8 of my accounts and Would say I roughly had between 30-50 'entries' per site/skin

When the draw was done I almost fainted as I had a 'result' between £25 and £100 in almost all of them and hit also 2 x £250.

Like an idiot I played most of this winning back but think I did withdraw maybe around £300 total (cant recall exactly as it was a good while back)

I then thought that I would leave a small amount in each account in case they ran this kind of promo again in the future to give me a 'free start' played th free bingo to 'top up' and occasionally made the odd deposit too.

About a year later they ran a very similar promo again, this time I wagered sh** loads and roughly worked out in total that I'd have about 1500 'tickets' in the draw.

Imagine my disbelief once the draw had been done that I did not even pick up a single tenner!!!

I did nothing about this but am convinced to this day that some sort of 'dodgyness' had occurred, proving so would be nigh on impossible and also pointless I felt at the time.

I appreciate that this long post may not help but the idea was to let you know you are defo not 'on your own' and I totally agree with your OP, whether anything can/will be done/proved etc is anyones guess :p - Good Luck!

I do enjoy a game of bingo, but as I say I play 3 or 4 games using the majority of my cash on the slots. its not even the big jackpots im chasing, I just enjoy it, although after ten years of playing on these sites, im losing faith that I will ever get a decent win, yes your right a few hundred quid but nothing more than that. Im beginning to think if it's the slots I enjoy would I be better off playing at a proper slots site and using the VF for the odd game of bingo if I fancy it. People actually seem to win on the casinos compared to the bingo slots!

Yes, I agree, this would be best :) - VF is good for bingo. Side games and slots are there to take take take!
