Absolutely lost for words!

I got lucky on their dream catcher bonus a few weeks back, hit £40 on my last £1, then seemed to struggle with the wagering.. It was meant to be £5 x 35, after a while I got it down to £3 (the account shows the equivalent bonus remaining..)

I contacted live chat, who said my bonus was fine.. I said it felt like a lot more than x35.. I tested on a slot using £0.40 wagers and used autospin to do 100.. Checked the amount in my account, and it's barely moved £0.10!

Asked live chat again, they sent it to the compliance section, I log in a few days later (today) and compliance found it to be x35. I asked why a £0.40 spin won't deduct £0.01, therefore it's not x35 wagering, and was told that now my account will be closed and the decision is final!

I reckon I actually wagered in the region of £5 x140, and had the remaining bonus of £1.50ish (at x140 despite what they reckon!).. I should have been able to withdraw this back when the balance was still £60! But these thieving scum would rather take it than admit fault and fix the issue! They didn't even bother to test (I offered to let them take a spin on my account..)

It's a shame as I actually liked playing there. But plenty more fish in the sea..

Part of the Caddell group, I had a terrible time with them the past week with getting a withdraw. And i expect to see many more complaints about this group of casinos. So no surprise your given the run around , worst support I have ever had. Choose another place to play - i dont trust this group at all even though I got paid. Avoid imo!

Took a 75% reload (NOT part of their SUB) rules are £5 max bet - 35 x bonus only.

Played for hours, checked WR, only discovered system had somehow sent initial / starting WR at deposit plus bonus!!!!

Jumped onto support (knowing already I would be flogging a dead un) and after half an hour they finally agreed WR was incorrect and to stop playing while they sorted it.

Stopped playing, 4 days it took (id since calculated about £70 to WR once corrected)

No email, nothing, I had to go to support again whilst also discovering their 'fix / correction' was STILL WRONG.

They'd removed the D+B BUT reset it as If I'd made ZERO wagers at all!!!!!!!!

Explained this via another extremely painful live chat session (geez I FUCKING HATE going to support ) (Unless of course they know what they're doing unlike this lot)

Basically got told, that's it, that's your lot, put up or shut up, management consider this case closed, etc, etc, etc.

Gone from blowing sunshine up this groups ass to being extremely cautious and somewhat paranoid.

I'd vote with my wallet but being a low roller with an extremely low weekly slots budget, together with their generous and usually fair deposit offers, I find myself in catch 22!

I have repeatedly won from free spins/deposit bonus but it always lets you win until you hit a point in wagering and then it is all downhill from there, funnily enough I always just hit the wagering as my balance is as good as nil - I don't trust the brand now.
