I have taken the lengthy screaming capitals out of the title and shortened it to a more succinct description of your apparent issue.

@J.Lowe : Sorry, what exactly is the point here? Are you just trying to push the casino into doing something without bothering to let us know what? If you (re)read the Forum Rules you’ll find that that falls under “exploiting Casinomeister for your personal agenda” and “blackmailing’, both of which are Rules violations.
Oh, FYI, this is our rep page — iGaming reps — and you’ll see there is no Slots.LV rep there, hasn’t been for a good many years. That entire group “left” public forums years ago. We do have a (tenuous) private line of communication with them but we’d have to see the details of your issue through our Player Arbitration (PAB) service before we could comment or assist any further.
