Hey Guys,

i had a chat with the Rep for Slots Capital a while ago and he told me that they do not flush on request anymore because the payout times should be good. I haven't had a Slots Capital withdrawal recently so i can't proof that.

With Miami Club, Support told me "up to 4 days" so i thought well then flushing should still be possible. But today i got a clear answer that due to a management decision, flushing is not possible anymore on request.

So i think someone (don't know who's responsible) should update the review on this page for Slots Capital. And regarding Miami Club i wanted to write this more as an "information" for players playing there. As i'm sitting here and believed i would get my cashout in around 24 hours, but yeah, didn't happen. And very clear answers on flushing and/or making an exception.

Even if i took a break for a couple of months i was a very loyal player ron all Deckmedia Casinos once... But i think it's just enough for me now... I can play all Rival Slots at Tropezia (accredited as well!) and for the good old Vegastech slots i can use Libertyslots again, even if not everyone likes them, i was always paid there in under 24 hours!

I just have the feeling the Deckmedia doesn't care about players that much as they've used to...

Let's face it... if we play at US Facing casinos ... any of them .... sooner or later we have to deal with payout delays. What is now common for US players (a week and more to get paid) is uncommon for others in the free gaming world. I still don't understand why these casinos don't use a different processor (and processing timeline) for gamers in legal gaming countries than they do for us slobs whose banks are still shackled by the UIGEA.

Absolute fastest payouts for US based players are 3Dice (check option) and Club World Group with pay my card option. 2-3 days after request (excluding weekends) money is in hand.

I have a withdrawal with slots capital . It's been three weeks and still not posted to my account. I send about 3 emails and had no replies at all. Not even from Steve the VIP host. I had another withdrawal last night . So now I have 2 withdrawals they owe me. In the past never had issue trusting this casino but now I'm getting nervous . I deposit a lot of money with slots capital and I don't appreciate the poor customer service and no replies to my email. I realy don't know what to think any more about deck media .

reasons

Sometimes there may be slight delays in the processing of international wire transfers, this can be due to external factors, payment processing activities, public holidays etc.

Sometimes the delays are excusable but their non-responses are not.

Seems lots of people are complaining about the exact same issues as you have stated in your post I have noticed lots of complaints being posted in other forums the last few weeks. Even seen one forum site had moved some of the Deck Media establishments into the Not Recommended area of their site. Something to do with payout issues and non responsive to players and also changing terms to confiscate large payout if I remember correctly... I will see if I can find the place I read that at and post a link to the page until then take my post with a grain of salt as my memory has gone to the crapper and although I am sure this is what I read I may be wrong. I will try and find the page asap

This is what I read : "We do NOT recommend playing with SlotoCash casino.

SlotoCash are part of a range of casinos run by the Deck Media group that us a variety of different software platforms." I read this at the following link: I hope I am within the forum rules posting this

I deposited several times at Deck Media venues over the last year or so but have personally decided to take a break from them. I personally have never had an issue but then again I have never came close to cashing out at their casinos either.
