....received withdrawals to wallets over a weekend from Desert Nights.

I am trying to work out if I should be worried as I am waiting for a withdrawal from last Thursday. CA informed the 48 to 72 hours is business hours although it doesn't state that on the website. I also see Sloto do payout at weekends. Just want to be sure they are not stalling as it states authorized in the lobby

The whole payment issue is the only gripe I have with Slotocash.

Sloto used to pay within 24hrs and sometimes 4hrs. I'm not sure why that's changed, but it was a big differentiator between them and the rest of the pack.

Ditto:o:o

im actually struggling with a desert nights payout too

I had an approved payout from last week with funds that did not reach my 'myPaylinQ' account. Granted it is only 3 digits but the amount shouldnt matter.

Anyways, over a day of heckling I received email today that I should receive my funds shortly (whatever that means :P).

For being a sister site to sloto, there are interesting differences. For example, I have a mastercard that goes through Sloto no problem, but cannot process on the desert nights end. Between that and payment issues, it raises eyebrows to say the least.

Desert Nights Payout

Hi,

Found this casino on Casinomeister played and I made a withdrawal on Saturday via Mypaylinq, New player so sent in the verification forms etc., payout was authorized on monday but not sent as yet, am hoping it will be sent today to be within the 48-27 business hours.

Did really enjoy Desertnights, seems to me i had more playtime than as a couple of other RTG ai tried, hope the payout goes smoothly so i can redposit and play again soon.

Also did send Rep a PM, anyone know how long they usually take to reply.

I haven't had a pay out yet, but has anyone noticed after you hit big. The reel response times slow dramatically, like as of right now. It's taking 30 seconds per spin to make a reel happen.
Seems to happen more often than not after a big win of mine.
I realize while sometimes slot games do hang from time to time. This spending the last 15 minutes waiting 30 seconds for a spin to complete is ridiculous.

Well, I doubt it is done to punish you for winning big. The smart way would be to make the wheels spin faster, since they want you do lose it and give it back to them again.
I have been winning big too, and it has never happened to me.
Maybe I just wasn't caught:rolleyes:

I might should add that I do have experienced that slow spinning from time to time. It's like their server got som hickup and refuse to stop the wheel. Even trying to use Turbo won't help and it's so irritating. But it's machines and I believe I have to accept that they won't work perfectly every time I want them too:D

" albrco123 The Rep MsSloto usually answer very fast, so the latest tomorrow I think.

Also have not noticed a slow down in play speed, plus you can always use the Turbo option

When I was playing sloto strange things would happen. A few times during a bonus round or when it was hitting the reels would spin endlessly.

Sometimes if I tried to exit a game and return to the lobby it would just turn all white. Sometimes it would find the lobby after a 1/2 minute and other times I'd have to exit and relaunch. Once in while the slots menu would not pull down.

I do remember the MG's getting stuck in the endless spinning loop as well a few years ago.

This is what I'm talking about, it's like the client gets stuck and doesn't know what to do. I've noticed this more often than not, the RTG casinos that customize the living heck of out the lobby. Tend to have more issues games playing right, server response times, the lobby just working in general. Versus those who use the standard template. If it is the server just being overloaded, couldn't adding a better processor or more memory fix this?

well Im glad to read all the previous comments...lol
I thought I was the only one to be persecuted:D

Has anyone of you that experienced the problems asked support why it happens? They are new and maybe it's something they are trying to solve right this moment. Or they don't know, or the problems comes from your own computers.
The best thing is always to ask, and maybe MsSloto can answer if she reads this tomorrow.

These kind of problems is at least possible to get an answer too, but implying the casino is rigged in some way spinning slower after a big win, that's a totally different matter, and an accusation of "maybe" cheating like if they are monitoring you.;)

I wasn't implying any riggedness at all, just seems awfully funny. I hit earlier today 5 Teepee's on Rain Dance. The reels automatically start stalling and not working right. Then on Texas Tycoon an hour later. I hit 4 bonus symbols and start for 25 spins. Again the reels for 5 minutes go real slow, like oh my he's actually winning. Now time to experience a server glitch.
How I know it's not my computer, is because this is the first site I go to because I assume it's hosted overseas from the US. To see if it's my internet connection, which it turns out not to be.
It just seems wrong that after a good hit, the server, client, or connection between me and them magically has an issue. It's actually rather annoying if you ask me.
I'm not saying my good winning streak wouldn't have stopped anyways, but when I hit that spin button. I expect a response to come back from the RNG to give me the results of my spin in less than 5 seconds. Anything longer than that makes me wonder if the RNG is awaiting on a less of a favorable response.
This is the kind of stuff that made me quit online gaming about 2 years ago. Was because of server issues, connection issues, and sometimes the "customized" RTG clients causing issues on the operators end.
I figured 2 years later maybe this might have been fixed. I'm seeing this isn't quite the case.
Then the fact my e-mails are getting "lost" are really starting to make me wonder where there going. I double check the address everytime I write them. I just send in 3 sets of verification documents for a new prepaid I got that is guaranteed to work overseas. It took 3 times for the system to acknowledge they were sent.
This to me tells me, there having system issues and maybe they need to worked out. I"m not posting this to bad mouth them in anyway.
This is a forum, people post positive and negative things. I'm sorry you want soooooooooo badly for them to have all "positive" things posted about a them. Yet I have had nothing but issues with these guys since day 1 and I'm about fed up with it. So if you don't like my negative review regarding this group. Then by all means don't read it.

I'm just posting my experience and if you don't like me posting something negative. Then maybe you should go to a forum full of happy people on pills.

That was a good way of explaining your problems so I say thank you for that:thumbsup:
The last sentence was not so fun reading but I can understand you so I'm fine with it:)

I doubt whether the reels will slow down after a big hit. Shouldnt they be spinning faster to make you lose more quickly to recoup their losses?:D

In the past week my play at most rtgs, sloto/ desert nights/ cw/jc/gv were all associated with slow server response times and sometimes even on table games. Its really no fun when that happens.

Hi All

Thank you for your input we are now aware of this issue and are working with RTG to find the cause.

Regarding Mypaylinq withdrawals we had an issue and this has now been fixed, please accept my apologies for the delay.

We continually strive to provide a better product and service to all our members and I am always here to help answer any questions personally. The great thing about CM is the amount of feedback we get that we would otherwise not be aware of and I thank you all for your comments.

Hi. I was a customer on slotocash last year and had an issue with my first withdrawal that lasted quite some time so I stayed away. I decided to give them another try this year because of the generous bonuses but, lo and behold 48-72 hrs turned into 7 business days...followed by an email stating they had told me TEN business days. If I'm not mistaken, something like 17 days after submitting the request, my small withdrawal was sent via western union. I know people say that site is good. Both my experiences were frustrating and lame..although I DID get my money both times, just not when it was promised.
