Here is my chat today..... and here is also the link to their website that says "weekly 25% cashback"!!!!!!!!!!! I am seriously up to freaking here with their CS!

for the record it was 50 buck bonus....with 60xs and 5x max.....im gonna make them take it out...thats ridiculous...my cashback would be no max cash 25bucks with no playthrough....far better deal.
 
Well they fixed it after 3 reps and told me that they would do it "this time" SO BEWARE DESPITE THEIR WEBSITE CASHBACK IN NO LONGER OFFERED! They really need reflect that. Now I go look and the cashback IS NOT there.....This is like banging my head off a wall.
 
It is possible if you are using a link that is stored as a favorite or from your browser history, that you are going to an old page. If that is the case, I would recommend you update your favorite to go directly to the main home page and then navigate from there.
If you go to the home page and then to promotions you will only find what the CS person showed you.
On the page you are going to , the T & C for the bonus say 15X WR and also has this item that probably covers them on this:

12. Any promotion or offer is terminable at any time in accordance with the views of management without prior notice or obligation.

If you could link to the page you have from the home page at the time you requested the cash back, you might have a case. If not, then I would probably take the 50, (which they did not have to give you) and hope for the best.

Nope its right there....not stored.....the CS are awful...I just spoke with Monelle....who said she fixed it....but now says she meant that she removed my bonus as asked but still couldnt credit the cb.....this is so ridiculous....Im done....with the duplicate charges, the lack of CS with a brain.....I can't take it.....I did link it....they just can't seem to figure out whether I should be punished for being wise enough to show them I guess

Kizzy is lying. I am not a player at Sloto, and have not stored this in my favourites, not even visited that site before, and when I click on the link, the 25% WEEKLY cashback is still there, as of 2 minutes ago.

They have failed to ensure their website properly reflects their offers and terms and conditions, and have therefore breached the accreditation standards.

Marketing Standards

What else has now been outsourced apart from support at certain times? It is looking like website maintenance is now falling behind, and this could mean that many players are going to be seeing invalid promos that are listed as currently running, and even worse, may be seeing old terms and conditions that have been changed for the worse, leading to them being inadvertently violated.

In this case, they should accept that the error is theirs, and honour the weekly cash back for as long as they are having the webpage on show.

Perhaps if the changes had been better managed, and/or not so far reaching, things like this would not be happening.
 
I noticed they hardly update the Slotocash website, but also does too in most other RTG website, it looks very basic and outdated style. Its like 90's style or early 2000's style. They really need to act together and update to make it look very modern. And when will they fix the RTG software for Windows 8? They haven't done so. I still have problem trying to download game in inetbet. Its very frustrating. I had success with Windows XP. I have dual boot though. But why not fix it for Windows 8??? RTG is constantly losing customer if the RTG programming don't keep up to date. Microgaming always update, so is Intercasino, also Playtech. But playtech need to improve graphic imo. Also Netent update constantly. Its 22nd century now, not 21st century. lol
 
Thanks VWM....glad I'm not "seeing" things....I have pm'd the rep several days ago and still have not gotten a response. I agree it's misleading and it was still there for days after i brought it to their attention.

Any business is only as good as its "weakest employee". I am glad they fixed it for you.

It also reinforces how important it is to save all chat records and screen shots of problems as you work your way through the system in the casino to get resolution. I keep a folder for each casino where I play and store all emails and chats that are significant covering bonus, problems, withdrawal progress emails etc.

It's a good practice for everyone to follow as backup when there is a problem.

I attempted to allude to this before, I guess I should have been more specific. You are clicking on a nested link that was saved. The old page should have been removed but it has not.
If you go to the casino's main page slotocash.im and click on the promotions tab you will see the current promotions. You are clicking an old saved link to an old promotions page. You should ALWAYS navigate from the home page of ANY web sight to find the most current information. It is not unusual, for old stored pages to still be around for a little while. In fact i think some folks logged into some old stored pages of this very forum last night.

No the REP herself said I was correct and fixed it. She said the cashback has NOT changed. The website was not changed it was not "nested" etc it is what it is. VWM doesn't even play there and he saw the exact same thing.

You are way tookind in giving these jokers the benefit of the doubt. They are definitely not the slotocash of old and will pull out all tricks under their sleeves to deny players their rights.

VWM can get to it because he clicked on the link you provided in the first post. I can get to it as well from that link. That link is NOT their home page. I cannot get to that page from their home page. Can you? If you go to slotocash.im what are you clicking on from that page to take you to see that promotion?

It may be a valid promotion but chat support wont know that since the page cannot be accessed (at least AFAIK) from their home page. That is where they will go to look.

I am guessing that this is not a current promotion and the rep gave it to you any way as an act of good customer service. If it is valid and they don't update the home page you are going to go through this every time.

There are probably still URL links out there to pages for Walmarts black Friday ads for TV's. That does not mean because you can click on the link and get to it, that it is current and they will honor it. Back to my original statement. You need to always navigate from the home page to get current information. This is true for any web site.

However, I do have a cashback offer on deposit without bonus that is listed in my March VIP bonus mail.

Is this offer in your March deposit mail or is this the one that showed up on the daily deposit pages?

Since they have changed the casino pages and the way they are showing offers, maybe you need to remove and redownload the casino.
 
The page is different now....it was not back when I posted. Sloto verified that herself. I find it SUPER annoying that CS can't just do my cashback. I should not have to go the rep for something this simple. I had some mail in my casino....but when I asked what the playthrough on the 200% MONDAYMATCH was and was told 90xs.....(that's not a typo) I deleted them. 90x's to me is rogueish.

You're right.

That link WAS the promotions page....WAS being the operative word. Just because it was before doesn't mean it is now. It's pretty much internet 101 and especially for online casinos....always use the links on the website as promotions do change and so do the promotion pages.

The unfortunate part is that some have gone off the deep end bleating about Slotocash staff "lying" (for which an apology should be forthcoming as they were telling the truth) and "breaching accreditation standards" by "false advertising blah blah". Always with the drama, and more often than not flinging mud at operators when they don't deserve it just to get some airtime.

The net is full of old links. Just because you happen upon one, or insist on using the same one you have for years, doesn't mean you're entitled to it forever.

Sloto might be making some poor judgement calls of late, but this is a non-issue that's been blown out of all proportion by some who haven't stopped and thought about it long enough to realize it wasn't the casino's error at all...and I don't mean the OP.

Ok. I did a bunch more digging on this. I don't know why it was bothering me so much but it was.

1. Go the home page slotocash.im then click on the promotions button at the top of the screen.

2. on the promotions page click on the BONUS T & C link for the High Roller 400 % bonus

3. Scroll to the top of the page. On the top of this page on the left you will find a new list titled PROMOTIONS. In that list is a button called WEEKLY PROMOTIONS.

4. Click on WEEKLY PROMOTIONS

5. DING, DING, DING.....Here is that promotion page.

Fair comment, but the two issues aren't necessarily related.

What I mean is.....it's asking for trouble using a saved copy of a promotions page as an up-to-date resource. Any business has the right to change the url of their webpages. Just because the old page is still lurking doesn't make it valid.

I can see it was reasonable for ms sloto to credit the cashback the first time, but it was made clear to the OP that there was a new promotions page and that cashback no longer applied....and that should have been the end of the matter. A reasonable person would accept that the old promotions were no longer valid and move on. IMO it was unreasonable to reject what the CSR said and insist on taking it up with the rep.

It was way out of line IMO to accuse the CSR of being a liar and sloto of false advertising. It's the kind of over the top sensationalism that only makes matters worse, not better. A decent person would apologize.

Googobucs has found a link to the old promos on a current page....poor webmastering there no doubt. However, the OP (and anyone reading the thread) has been told that these promotions are NOT valid, so it doesn't really matter in the end.
