:confused:Oct 11 made a deposit at Slotocash..found out the same day they double charged my credit card. Spoke with livechat and sent an email to their finance about the double charge. They emailed me back and was told it would take 7 days to credit my card back. That was 11 days ago and still haven't seen my money. I'm quite ticked off.

Am on with livechat right now and was just informed that it will be another 7 days before "the funds are released back to my credit card"

NOT happy, WILL NOT play there again.:mad:

Thats my rant..now think i'll go harrass the cat
 
Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.
I know how you feel PegeeSue. I have been double charged quite a few times (not at Sloto) myself and have been very frustrated as well. But if it is any consolation the funds have always been returned to my acct. I wish you well and hope the funds are returned to your CC soon.
