It seems with what appears to be MS SLoto not being around that slotocash has seriously deteriorated both in service payout times and clarity- Payouts requested and confirmed last week still not paid (and this has been happening for a few weeks now- new email sent from slotocash cashiers claiming a request today for a different amount entirely (despite the prior conformation). Support N OT answering emails nor is the VIP rep- CS stating their payout time is 72hours- bonus calculation errors (as in play through miscalculated- advertisement errors- as in the ad not matching the actual bonus) -Terns like play through or sticky not being shown in the offer or link Lets add in continuous software glitches and something is adding up very wring.

This is a casino that was paying in under 24hours showed its T and C's in its offers and made few errors= something has changed and its worrying-

Late edit- the payout now made however the lower amount in the notice sent today rather than the correct amount from the notice sent last week

Ya right. Service has deteriorated. Cashout times more like 96 hours than 24 hours and bonus terms don't match what they were advertised. Otherwise than bonuses not regarded as sticky suddenly becoming sticky the minimum deposit for some codes are higher than stated. Sometimes, though emails with username were sent they refused to honour promo codes initially saying they are for new players. All of a sudden, much has gone wrong. I guess it could be a combination of too many winners coupled with some promos that result in too little house edge. They may have suddenly become complacent which is poor as competition keeps them on their toes.

I stopped playing there because twice in a very short time they double charged my card. They finally put the first one back but only half of the second. No more of this casino or its sister for me

Back from a long weekend away, I shall look into all these issues. Please pm me username for the double charge as we would always refund a member who was double charged.

Ms Sloto

I don't want to sound alarmist but the payments are getting slower and slower. A payment of only $60 initiated on the 10th still unpaid. Coupled with the raise in wagering requirements I hope we are not looking at things about to go astray. Can members kindly update the thread with payment times.

would be nice to know i made withdrawal yesturday, support hasnt answered my e mail from yesturday morning , i shall update when i get paid from free chip , im uk so via neteller it should be there 2moro or tuesday at latest lets see............

sloto cash

You mentioned that Mrs. Slot is not around, . Is she still associated with Sloto Cash.. I have sent her several emails regarding my cash out, but never received any replies. I found that odd because when I had a problem with a different withdrawal she answered me right back and it was solved that same day.

She doesn't need to be around. I am 99% sure someone else monitors the forum in her absence. In any case, after a lengthy period of accreditation the group should know how vital it is to ensure all criteria are complied with. No sign of my 60 bucks since the initiated w/d on 10 June. I checked ecocard to see if I missed it but no , nothing. I wont chase them and certainly wont mind if they don't pay as it will save me a bundle in future deposits.

I'm not sure. Only 1 team i received an answer from someone else than Georgina (Ms Sloto) most of the times she wasn't around i didn't receive any answer!

I find all thos critic towards Slotcash, SlotsCapital, etc on various posts here very alarming indeed,
It looks as if every other withdrawal is on hold now that Ms Sloto is ill ?
There email support is very slow now, i use to get an answer within an hour before, now with last 2 mails i got an answer after 15 hours?
So are they short of staff? did Ms Sloto have to push every withdrawal trough before and now when shes ill they stop?
Or are they short of cash ? and cant afford more staff and therefore cant payout withdrawals as well.
Its a pity as Slotocash was my fav Rival casino, i did deposit a lot, and if i won i could write support get and answer within and hour and paid within 6
and now when my last 2 emails for Flush was ignored for nearly 20 hours im on hold there :(

I never use my slotocash casino for a long time. I keep getting lots of e mails with huge bonuses. when I see these I wonder if they need money raked in. I never had any e mails off them for about 3 years and I did not unsubscribe. looks like money is tight to me.

Mmmmmmm......I wouldn't like to deposit there, win a random jackpot.....

Sounds like there are issues, and TBH I would avoid the group until things are back to normal - if they do get back to normal.

Read the signs. Some of the best casinos are having money woes. There are few excuses to why a casino can't stick to their terms; When regarding to payouts. Money issues plays a big part in this. The fact is, Americans aren't depositing like they used too. Even the online poker rooms are facing big hits. This year I've only deposited 14 times. None in the last 2 months. I used to get urges to play. I don't anymore. Times are changing and so are people.

hi update withdrawal made on sat it was paid yesturday via neteller although i did go into live cs to check why it wasnt in my neteller account ) , not very fast at all but given it was via free spins which i cleared , im thinking its far too slow , website says 24-72 hours but........... it also says something about weekends that they do sometimes do them well thats my third small withdrawal this year from there every one of them has been over 72 hours . pity realy as sloto used to be a nice casino to play at , although i dont play rtg very much at all im wondering why, at least this shows me why with poor withdrawal times & returns (

When speculation has done its worst, two and two still make four - for the record we always pay our members withdrawals, there are no issues and no signs to read!

All I know is that Ms Sloto's appearance on the board means I'll receive my 2k. (Tomorrow is biz day 10, the last day of the 5-10 biz day timeframe for us. I'm still not exactly counting on receiving it tomorrow, but definitely believe I'll receive it and that all is relatively "well" now.)

Well there's plenty of signs to read. Especially when a casino can't follow its own terms. If I was a newbie coming here and reading this thread. The first sign I would see is STOP and DO NOT ENTER.

I believe its payout times.

Ahhh.

Generally, payout times do not form part of the terms and conditions, for the simple reason that they are open to external influence and mileage may vary according to country, payment method, and prevailing conditions with processors etc.

Hence, it is unlikely that Sloto "broke their own terms".

You are right though the payout times are generally more important than the terms and conditions

There are clearly some issues. If there are no issues, there should be no players experiencing delays in receiving their withdrawals, especially the non-US players who have been reporting much longer delays than usual. So far, it is true that every player has been paid....... eventually, but this is sufficient deviation from the norm to raise fears that a breaking point might be reached where players' funds could be at risk.

It is accepted that US players will have intermittent periods of delay, but non-US players should experience no delays other than those normally associated with the process. For example, what now takes 9 days that used to take 3 for a non-US player, and is also "not an issue".

Well, if they aren't processing w/d's in a 'timely fashion' why are there no flags on the accreditation criteria under their listings? I would personally suggest 'proceed with caution' now. The issues are clearly endemic throughout the group.

Doesn't sound great. The speculation about cashflow issues is odd when you consider that they are planning to soon open 2 or 3 more new casinos. Maybe they are spreading themselves too thin.

Their processing issues need to be sorted out first. The problem is that they are saying they have no issues, so what players are experiencing is "intended normal service" which is far slower than it used to be. It is also affecting non US players, so this is more than the delays caused by the complications involved in paying US players.

Certain non US withdrawal options are instant, so ALL delay there is down to the casino and it's processor, not "the banking system" in general.

People seem to be jumping to conclusions and alarmed because it's involving their money and trust. I'm sure you can understand... After the shit hit the fan with UseMyWallet and other horror stories attached with online gaming, why wouldn't they be?

Your response IMO is vague and doesn't answer peoples questions. These people have a certain level of trust with your establishments. Why the delays?

Boo Slotocash Max Bet Rule

Now that the RTG sites have bonus rules right below the chip you are selecting, you would think if there was a max-bet rule that it would be listed there.

Boo to slotocash for not putting it there and also for rejecting my withdrawal after first approving it pending a documents update.

1. I have never heard of a such a rule and I don't see how this rule is really "in the interest of fair gaming."

2. I spoke to live chat before to ask about the rules and wasn't told about this rule.

3. Up until this point slotocash had been good to me and processed my withdrawals in a timely manner so this comes as a real shock.

Will never play there again.
