They probably wanted to keep the good name they've built while using Rival software....but they are struggling to do so.

I won on the 14th , My withdraw was ( supposedly)sent on the 18th, than on the 19th....still unclear.!!

Today, after a chat and few emails, nobody knows yet if it ever left the processor's house.

Waiting a reply from the manager in charge, who is BTW a nice person, who's trying to get in touch with their processor....(don't they have a phone? )

So, my dear fellow forum members, I would be careful and wait until they (slowtocash) will be better organized.

So far they are extremely well organized in receiving deposits, unfortunately can't say the same regarding paying out though.

You didn't mention what method you used.

I also think you are being unreasonable in making up insulting names for them, given you haven't even contacted the rep yet. It could be a specific problem related to your transaction and doesn't warrant a warning to stay away IMO.

Ive contacted the rep. So you guessed wrong.
There is nothing left to guess when you are told "sorry,we have problem"
The method for USA is only one "wire"
Slowtocash is not insulting just a "a funny name" that very much resembles what the situation is at the moment.

I think Their casino has just been having some temporary wire problems. I as well have a pending payout with them. I was contacted by Sloto who was very helpful and kind. This was the reply I got.

Hello

Thank you for contacting me with such a nice email. Your concern is understandable, unfortunately we recently got a batch of withdrawals by wire frozen by the US authorities, we had to implement a new payment solution and re issue all wires that had been frozen. This has caused a knock on effect of delayed withdrawals

However all wires currently pending will be processed today and should hit your account next week, we thank you for your understanding and we endeavour to improve the speed of our cashouts.

Best Regards

Georgina

I think exercising a little more patience will payoff and everyone will get paid soon

I wasn't guessing, because you didn't bother mentioning it I assumed you hadn't....there was no need to be defensive I was just attempting to clarify the situation.

Sloto have a long history of fast payment so, in the absence of anyone other similar complaints, one would have to assume that something had gone awry, which could be a casino/processor error or an error in your bank details (or even your bank rejecting the wire)

I just think you are being hasty in warning people off and inferring that they take deposits quickly and pay slowly.....considering that we dont even know what the problem is yet.

I know that too...that's why I played there.
They are having problems at the moment. So what I was trying to suggest was for the readers/forum members to wait until they are better organized. Dint I said so??'
But of course you couldn't refrain your-self from being the first one to "find" something wrong in my post and make it clear that you r "the one"
Im new on the board but Ive been reading it for a very long time.....and I knew it was coming. It did.

Glumbi, you are in Germany. I think these casinos are running into problems in the U.S.
You're lucky you're in Europe.;)

Slotocash were very prompt and correct with me!

Guys, I will give credit where credit is due! I tried this casino (Slotocash), because of its good bonuses. I had no problems with them whatsoever. I deposited several times comparatively small amounts and used their bonuses. With one of the bonuses I hit straight flush (9,10,j,q,k spades) while playing stud poker. Dealer had no hand , but i had 1 dolar progressive bet. I had about 8 000 dollars in my account, but because of the bonus I had to play through 5000 dolars. I played on the machines and fulfilled the requirements for cash out. I Cashed out 4000 USD ( my deposits were about 200 USD altogether). I received my money within 1-2 days after ordering the cash-outs. I was very surprised, because they were very prompt and received quickly my money. That happened in October. I don't know what casino they were before, but now they seem to be very prompt and correct! I would definitely recommend them, if anyone is interested.
