Question Sloto Cash withdrawl issue

Two weekends ago I was playing this site. I usually play on the weekends. I did a deposit with a bonus code. I played through my play through and i have $1000. I decided to only cash out 800 so I had some left to play on the rest of the weekend. I got done to $40. I was looking through my emails and found a bonus code for some free spins that offered to top off my winnings. So i played them. I only won $8.00. I started playing some more and played down to $20. I started playing Santastic. I kept hitting and figured I would draw out an even 1000. I had no play through. I waited a couple of days for it to process and got back on there to check on it and my account had 36.00 in it. I read the information about the withdraw. It said that it was declined because i used 2 bonus codes. They credited my back what my original deposit was and told me to try again. They told me there was still a play through on the account when I decided to cash out. I have thought about it and thought about it and only gotten madder and madder. If there was a play through left on my account I should have at least been giving the full amount back and told to work on the play through. I know there wasn't a play through. Can anyone help with this?

Is that what the email said exactly. If so, can you produce the email? I ask because that sounds unusual.

yeah hard to understand but I think what happened here is he used two freebies in a row when they state that you need to make a deposit in between freebies

If you are unhappy with the response from Slotocash's rep, you can use the Player Arbitration service.

Are you saying your original cashout was denied, or just a further cashout after taking another bonus?

In my experience, it's always wise to zero out your balance before taking any bonus.
