Sloto Cash verification documents

I submitted my documents Nov. 28th to Sloto cash. First support gave me the wrong email where the docs should be sent and i had to get the right info from Ms. Sloto. I did email her again to see when i will here something as to my docs. It is not for a with draw, i have been playing at the casino Uptown Aces and Sloto Cash and i just wanted to get the verification over with. I like both casino's and i wanted to continue to play there, but after this i am not so sure.
 
Right after my post i was approved. Please can you answer my question about no longer having the credit card. I sent a PM and an email with this question. I am really put off by the slow response. Will it also be like this if i happen to win :confused:.

However, the verification for card used in December 2014 is required for future withdrawals.

If you are saying you no longer have this card, kindly respond to the email we sent you on Friday 5th December and it will be dealt with.

To date we have received no response after this email was sent.

I will update my info and send a copy of the credit card I used recently to you. I have responded to all of your PM's but unfortunately i did not see this until now. I thought maybe i used my Visa years ago since i have had an account for a long time.That was the card I was referring to.
