Non-Bonus Complaint Sloto Cash 24/7 Contact????!!!!

:(Sloto Cash claims to have 24/7 contact yet live chat seems to never be open and they seem to have no sense of urgency in replying to the messages you leave on there.

I made a withdrawal last night. Today I wanted to reverse $50 of it and deposit it. Well....when I reversed it I thought it would ask the amount you wish to deposit but it redeposited my entire withdrawal. Seems I now have a HUGE playthrough and have lost the ability to re-withdrawal my original withdrawal amount!!! Would be nice to be able to contact someone to reverse this transaction...however...NO ONE seems to be available!!

I originally started playing there due to their comments from players on forums regarding their quick 24 payouts as this is all most of us are looking for in an online casino.

First the issues with monthly cashback and now it seems help is unavailable when you need it. What's up??!!!

I haven't played at Sloto in a while but they were always excellent about player contact. Sorry to hear about your problems with them.

Send email to support or call them. They have best customer support in a world.
 
Tried to call.....NO ANSWER. Left message on their live chat....STILL WAITING FOR REPLY!! Unfortunetly that is the issue!!
 
Send a PM to their rep here, they're signed in almost every day. At the top of the page click on I-gaming forum reps and scroll down until you get to Sloto rep. She's been very helpful in the past with players.
 
FYI: :)Got an email from them..they fixed it so that i could rewithdraw my winnings. Now we'll see how long that takes! Thanks for everyone's comments.
