1st off I want to say I have nothing against the group, I think they have came along way since the magic take over from Jackpotparty,

But I have noticed the bonus terms, Max bet is $£5 or 10% of bonus, Now you can claim a 10% for today's promo (11/8/16)

If somebody was stupid enough to take a 10% bonus on £20 than thats £2 bonus and 10% of £2 is 20p thats right guys you are stuck to a max bet of 20p

Maximum bet permitted with a bonus active is €/£/$5 or 10% of the bonus amount (the lower amount applies).

I personally think that is way to low and god knows just how many have bet more, Now if they mean all the money becomes bonus E:G the deposited amount as well than thats not too bad, but still limits you to £2.20 plenty amount for a £20 deposit

Has to be some leeway with this one I would have thought mate.

Sure I've come across this in the past but can't recall where (stress, another story, another time )

Casinos have to cater for players who want to bet higher when playing with a bonus, this would work as fair on 100% matches for example (£2 a spin on £20 depo)

A visit to support and send yourself a copy of chat transcript should do the trick.

I've never played with this group, sure I made this decision based on their bonus terms also but can't remember exactly why.

Thats so sick, i would never play a group with this kind of rule. The 5e maxbet is still in the "ok" limits, but the 10% and lower amount aplies, is really a joke.

I play quite often at SM

Pretty decent casino, payments done in max 24hours, but their bonus policy is horrible.

Despite I think to be quite an expert player, I admit that sometimes even if I read 10/15 times the T&C, still I am confused.

This is why I am never redeeming any bonus there, even if they are sometimes insisting a bit, they want me to accept their offers

I must also say that the VIP chat operators are quite helpful, and the few times I faced some issues, they were fixing them in a quick and kind manner.
