Okay if I am being unreasonable here, please tell me. Last Wednesday I played at Slotastic. Got lucky won a Random JP $2600 and managed to get my balance up to $4300. When I went to withdraw, I was forced to split the withdrawal to Neteller into two transactions. My withdrawal time was 6:45pm UK time. I thought as it states here that withdrawal will be processed in 48hours.

I contacted CS over the weekend and was told 48 business hours and inquired which country do they follow for business hours and they said EST, which is US. By that token, I should have been paid but it wasn’t to be. Now today I still haven’t been paid however, one transaction is listed as authorized and the other has been kicked back to under review. Contacted live chat and was told that one payment will be paid today and the other one will be in two days since they can only process one transaction per day.

Therefore, it looks like it will take me the bones of a week to be paid in full via Neteller. On the one hand, I am delighted on the win but it has been soured somewhat by trying to be paid. Am I being unreasonable here to be a bit pissed off at this situation?

I sent rep a PM on Friday before I found out about the 1 transaction per 2 day rule. I haven't heard back but I know to give them time. I also have a withdrawal from Jackpot Capital over the weekend I shudder to think how long that will take.

Hope the payment arrives soon. I withdrew twice from there recently (not that much)my withdraw came quickly. That was a few months back though.

Me too. Winning is fun but trying to get paid in full by a CM accredited casino should be not like pulling teeth. Takes all the fun out of it to be honest.

Just a note (again) that these delays -even for those players located outside USA- are not uncommon when dealing with USA facing casinos.

Slotastic has a 48 hr pending period and withdrawals are processed only after that time period. At least to my experience. So it usually takes a business day after the pending period (no weeked payments to my knowledge).

I understand but since I wont be paid in full until Wed that is more than 1 business day. This is the first time I have experienced any issue with this group. I can be okay if I have to with 1 withdrawal per day but 2 days. In the past I was paid once pending period was up if it was a business day and pending period was up Friday. I guess things have changed

For 48-hour pending times casinos Wednesday is the worst time to initiate a withdrawal as I have discovered. I had previously withdrawn several times to my Ecocard account on a Wednesday and I live in an area with the time being GMT+8. I almost certainly receive my funds on a Monday.

My last withdrawal (3 weeks ago) took 14 days from start to finish. Even when slow, I know I will get paid. Also remmebr, with 2 withdrawals pending, you get one a week at most casinos. Please check the terms.

Jeez then I consider myself lucky. Per live chat they only process one a day. Anyway Yasmeen has responded to my PM and I will be paid my second payment today and not tomorrow so Thank You Yasmeen:notworthy

I used to live in the US where getting paid was extremely difficult. Now I live in Europe for the last few years and I expect payments to be faster. I guess I am spoiled.

I do feel for US players who have to jump through hoops to be paid due to all the regs.
