Slot "Loaded" removed from microgaming download casinos?

Just checked 32red and betway and it appears this slot has been removed

Anyone have any ideas why? I know its an old slot but I liked the music and sound effects when playing so had a go on it quite often Sad to see it go.

Sure Win is still there however and its a straight clone I think.

Man, I used to have Loaded in a regular rotation with Isis, Harvey's, First Past the Post, and Dolphin Tale. That brings me back. Am I going to miss it? Nah...haven't touched it in years. I have hit a nice one or two on that game though, my first really big win if I recall (which was only around $300 if memory serves, I used to bet $0.25 on everything, $0.50 if I was feeling "lucky" haha)

Love these slots and I used to rotate between them as well. Especially Dophin Tale with the crab that tells you to "f*** off" when you hover over him on the free spin selector!

Sad to see loaded go though, no idea why they would remove it

I just had a peek at a random casino, Allslots. They have it removed from the viper software, but it is still on the Flash site. Maybe it is only semi-retired, and moved over to flash only. Flash sites for MG are alright sometimes, I found games like Paradise Found and White Buffalo that you can only play there.

It would be very sad for me if this is a permanent dumping - Loaded is one of my all-time favourite slots!
I know Sure Win is a clone - but the symbols are crap by comparison and it's just not the same.
I've even been using the "loaded guy" as my avatar on several sites for years - including my Facebook.
Would be gutted if he has retired...

I think popularity of Loaded can be attributed in some way to you as well Back in the days KasinoKing cracked the reel layout for Loaded (among few other games) and for a long time it was considered to be one of the best slots with the highest RTP available. I remember I used to played that one a lot.

P.S I'm kinda bummed to see that these days no one even tries to make slots with "true reels" anymore. A lot of slot games actually show total disregard for any realism... for example when you drop number of lines from 25 to 9, you will suddenly start seeing a lot of 5oaks and 4oaks on them - and I don't even think that's intentional, more of a case of developer not really caring what they put on inactive reels and thinking no one will mind. With true reels I could really feel disappointed when I missed a symbol on the last reel by an inch or when I got a huge win on an inactive line - cause I knew these aren't just eye candies meant to justify whatever win RNG decided to throw. /moan

It got put back at all the places it was removed from quite swiftly.

Funnily enough it was "removed" after one of those updates you get sometimes when you launch the download client. I posted about it here on the same night and others confirmed the same thing at other casinos.

A few days later it mysteriously reappeared everywhere.

Complete speculation but seems its removal was a mistake and happened during that update due to a bug. It was rectified a few days after I made this thread.

Edit : I love how not many people seemed to care when it was actually removed, but now its back suddenly this thread is popular

Good to hear.

One of my all time top 5 favorites, so I would have been devastated if it was to be retired. Got some of my biggest wins on this slot. Love it!

I didn't even notice that the thread was started before Christmas
I was just so busy over the pre and post Christmas period that I didn't even turn my computer on for several days (VERY unusual) - so that's how I missed it at the time.

Perhaps it's (temporary) removal was related to the HD update of the game (mentioned here)?

It might have something to do with this new release from Microgaming:
