Skyvegas PITA for withdraw

Played skyvegas yesterday. Deposited through Skrill. Hit decent and went to withdraw 300 back to skrill.

Was pending 24 hours then my withdraw was placed back in my account. Went to live support. They said
they do not support withdraws back to Skrill. I said that is not what you help pages say. CS did not believe
me until I showed them the below link :

he said that info is out of date and to ignore it.
Not sure why I should ignore a clearly labeled page. Anyhow I asked if I can withdraw back to paypal
he said yes just add it. But then I told me only way to add paypal is to deposit with paypal and withdraw
the lot again. He could give no guarantee when the withdraw would be processed and was kind of OK
paypal would work.

Utterly useless. So have to fund my paypal now then deposit only to withdraw the whole lot again.

Will get my money out then never return. I hate this crap from casinos with out of date info.

Worse I spoke to CS around lunchtime today asking when the withdraw would be processed. The lady told me
all looks good and it will be within 24 hours. No mention that they dont allow skrill to withdraw to (even though they accept skrill deposits)

And no email came advising me that they had reversed the funds (without my consent) back into my account.

Terrible service from what i thought would be hassle free seeing as they are a huge company.

Iin the end had to add a debit card to withdraw as they do not allow withdraws back to paypal. But had to withdraw my initial deposit of 35 back to skrill which I know will be rejected in 24 hours to be able to add another withdraw method which was my debit card. God knows how I will get the 35 out when it bounces back to my sky vegas account. it is exactly this kind of thing which ensures i will never deposit at a place like this again.

CS staff who dont really have a clue and a system that accepts withdraws knowing full well they wont work. A ruse maybe to get me to play it again
but not a chance. Lets see where this mess ends up!

Yup I know. The standard on these kinds of things is being set these days but by much smaller outfits than Sky!

Betspin / Redbet for example withdrew at both of them today. No hassle processed within a few hours including processing 1 document that was required! Why settle for less. What gets me is there is no info when you deposit with Skrill at skyvegas that you cant withdraw using the same method
The help files on this seem messy and not coherent. So I have 265 stuck between here and reaching my card and 35 god knows where some place between the office and a bounce back to my account. What is totally insane is I had to withdraw my initial deposit back to skrill just to be able to add a card to withdraw. Knowing full well the skrill withdraw wont go back.

And each time when I was onto CS they give me the "all is well worry not" line ...

A little while ago we was all complaining heavily on here when sky announced they were no longer going to accept ewallets, I think this half arsed compromise was reached because so many people complained maybe? But clearly because of how strictly they enforce their "net deposits" system it's ridiculous to allow a one way payment method. Hope you get your dough mate one way or another!

Yeah the "net deposits" wtf is all that about! The system forced me to withdraw the initial 35 back to skrill. Real pain. Will be days before I see the money. Will call them up tomorrow can not be effed with it right now. Can see they are accredited here. So maybe the rep of Skyvegas would like to weigh in on this one ?

It's basically a sideline business for them with so many fingers in so many pies. And as is often the case in this situation, the players at these kind of casinos get the shitty end of the stick.

Sky are so grotesquely rich they have single-handedly turned the English Premier League into the richest league in world football (by some distance too), yet they can't keep a simple webpage updated.
It's not a priority and you're definitely right to go elsewhere Deeplay.

Yeah your right they probably dont give a toss about the casino side of things. And are not player focused. Why would they need to be - I am probs a nobody in there eyes. Come tomorrow when me head is clear (knackered been on the beer all afternoon) I will call them and see what can be sorted. But I aint holding my breath. As for that webpage he made it sound the CS chap like I was imagining things. Almost felt sorry for him when I pasted the link into the chat Not his fault though he just a drone on the front line probably gets this kind of stuff all day long. But they not highly trained from what I experienced. And gave stock answers. Only thing he did not advise me to do was to clear my cookies and internet cache out

Right the madness continues. They have now just credited my Skrill account with 35 . When I was promised on good faith by Mr CS that SKy vegas never withdraw back to skrill. least its something. Will wait for debit card withdraw to hit me bank. Maybe im too demanding these days but hassle free is above super fast cash outs for me. We gamble online to chillax and relax not to get stressed over misinformation. I aint been worried at all by none pay as it is a huge company but just the unclear way its set out. Confusion abounds. Gonna stick to my fave casinos RedBet BetSpin / Videoslots .... in no particular order.

The net withdrawls thing is annoying but common in a lot of places, I've played at sky poker a lot over the years and withdrawls have been amazingly quick, wether it was back to card/neteller or paypal it was always processed in a few mins.
Though when anything goes wrong with sky poker the customer support aren't exactly knowledgeable or trustworthy
