And here they are yes. Welcome

I asked in the other thread if Sky Vegas is planning on launching NetEnt games soon?

Hi All,

Thanks for the welcome, Bryan.

@rainmaker - I have asked the question RE Net Ent games and will update you accordingly soon.

Regarding the countries we accept players in, we are admittedly very limited in this area as we choose to operate only in countries where the licensing regulations are very transparent. This rules us out of many countries that our fellow operators opt to stay active in.

The (short) list of accepted countries are below:

United Kingdom
Ireland
Bulgaria
Finland
Gibraltar
Guernsey
Jersey

Thanks,

Dean

Good to see SkyVegas having a Baptism of Fire, they are a major brand in the UK so they should be represented in some way on CM. Personally I like them because they have a ton of slots, zero reverse time, 24 hour cashouts and I trust that they are not going to disappear overnight with my money.

I will be interested to see other players opinions though.

No Australia, oh well.

Wish i could get onto an IGT casino, would love to play Kitty Glitter

Damn! I am on my way home in the next few months, so I don't think I will go through all the excitement of registering and playing (particularly Kitty Glitter. Let me count the ways I love that game :D) only to have it all whipped away from me once I leave these fair shores.

I am already in the process of closing casinos that exclude Australia, and let me tell you something, it is heartbreaking the games I will no longer have access to.

Damn again! :sob:

Incidentally, whilst the paytables for the IGT slots at Sky Vegas list the notorious 'range' of pays, Sky Vegas do specify on their own HELP files for each game the maths model they've chosen. (Something you don't get at Kerching, who also run IGT slots.)

Here's the new IGT 'Star Trek' slot, for example.

Do you think it's a choice or they just didn't bother to write the whole "range" in the HELP file? Somehow, I find it strange that a casino would have to pick a RTP between 92.49% and 94.99%. I'd be more encline to believe that the range comes from how many lines you bet and other similar factors, and not from a choice from the casino. I could be wrong, though.

IGT offer their slots with at least three maths model choices, LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH if you will.

The paytables show the LOW and HIGH T-RTP, there is at least one more T-RTP somewhere in-between the two that represents the MEDIUM choice.

This came straight from the horse's mouth :) https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/rtp-of-accredited-casinos.49557/

Made a small withdrawal from Sky Vegas last night, I requested the withdrawal about 1am this morning, when I checked my Neteller account at 9am after I got out of bed, the money was in my Neteller account.

Very good payout time for a Sunday overnight into Monday!

They are very good with withdrawals. Also been very quick with me. Only 2 days to my visa debit card normal.
But only thing to complain about is that they have stupid system with how much you deposit with each method.
So despite your last deposit has been with Skrill. Then you always have to empty out any cards first. And withdraw to them first.

Their withdrawals are up there with the very best. Skrill withdrawals are instantaneous (at least up to £200 which is the most i've withdrawn). I do however find their slots to be tight, don't think i've ever had a big win there but play some Blackjack which has been even in my experience.

The sportsbook is also very good, a nice loyalty scheme and good odds.

Hi,

I think you may be referring to something we have in place to prevent any kind of money laundering on the site which essentially means that if you deposit £200 with Card A, you must withdraw at least £200 to Card A before being able to deposit with a mother card or method.

This help article gives a better explanation...

Just wanted to say thank you to SkyVegas. Had amazing day on Saturday. They gave me a nice gift of £10 worth of spins I received in email. Which you get like a £10 bonus locked to SkyVegas. Which you can then use on any slots. Every spins you make, the amount then gets taken out of bonus and winnings straight into Cash balance.

I think this is excellent. Not seen elsewhere. Me myself have been very negative about Sky in past. But they surely deserves the good credits when due

The £10 bonus terms where only playthrough 1x. Which is really great.

I had several hours fun. Just look at this hit on Happy Fruits a new slot this was while I was still using the Free bonus balance.
Gives you chance to see how it works :)

I ended up cashing out £200 total. I could had cashed out around £80 more as kept playing with around £30 which was left. Big kudos to SkyVegas from here. By the way I made withdrawal to card of 169,30 and rest to my Skrill account. As explained you have to clear old deposit with a card. The £31 to my Skrill was paid INSTANT!!! and both withdrawals removed and processed instant. :D
Call that a fast withdrawal!!!:cool:

Great to hear  Also it's nice to see posts on actual experiences of Sky Vegas as opposed to basing opinions on other peoples experiences. All too often in an environment such as this where people with a mutual interest gather to discuss certain topics, it can be too easy to form an opinion on something without ever even having experienced what it is you are discussing.

when it will be accepted more countries?

We are unlikely to accepting additional countries any time soon. Sky operate a completely transparent policy when it comes to licensing in foreign countries. Often operators will remain operational in countries when there is some ambiguity about it's legality. We choose to operate in countries we know to be 100% legit at the present time.

Thank you no probs

Also another big thank you. The withdrawal of just under £170 already received this morning in my bank account through my visa card! Have to make notice that I did not make withdrawal until late Saturday night!! Call the quick and great service :notworthy

I sent a question to Sky Vegas support about the RTP of the 'Elvis The King' slot, as they only list the ranges as supplied by IGT and not an actual figure.

Their first response was basically 'We don't know what you mean' (which is alarming enough in itself):

range.webp

So I patiently explained to the casino how their casino games work:

range2.webp

And, erm, that was it.

I didn't hear from them again, I did send a follow-up email asking for a response a few days later, nothing.

Make of that what you will.

Apologies I did not respond last week, I was actually off work due to illness for the most part of the week.

I will speak with our customer service team leaders about your experience and also get an answer for you on your original question.

Dean

I have spoken with the Casino manager who has informed me that our version of the game is the 96.02% version and is having the copy you mentioned updated to reflect this as opposed to the range.

Finally, a member of the customer service team leaders is investigating your experience and will take the appropriate action.

Thanks,

Dean

Thanks for that Dean, I've noticed a few of your games are now showing the infamous and uninformative 'range' of RTPs in the help file, rather than an exact value.

IGT slots themselves do just have the range listed in the paytable (not very helpful), but for most of them you then actually display the exact value in your own help file, which is far more helpful.

For the record I have made a few deposits at Sky Vegas and made a few withdrawals whilst they've been on Baptism By Fire, haven't had any problems at all, payout time is usually just a few hours, even at the weekend. (Overnight is as slow as they get.)

Not a bad casino to play at if you want a solid range of slots to choose from IMO.

Looks like these guys are good to go. Congrats on a job well done. I should have them on the list shortly.

Didn't really take much notice of this thread initially, but yes Sky Vegas was the first casino I ever played at 4 or 5 years ago, and was unique in that as well as IGT classics, it had the B3's like rainbow riches, slotto etc. (B3's are the £1 a spin 500 j/p slots you see in UK 'amusement' arcades.)

Paid out back to bank debit card/account in 48 hours even back then. W/D on a Sunday and in my bank Tuesday 02:00 AM. No tiresome docs submission. No stupid pending period so no need to flush.

IMO it was just as good as PPower, Virgin and Boyle (which was IGT at the time.)

I'm surprised it wasn't accredited years ago. They obviously weren't that bothered with CM back then........

I predict they will end up like 32red and Virgin up at 9.5 in the ratings.

On a bit of a tangent, I wish Sky Vegas would being back the original Sky Vegas Live TV games. they had the best presenters ever.

Whereas now the TV roulette presenters on all channels seem obliged to witter on endlessly about how to play roulette again and again, the Sky Vegas Live presenters (particularly the stunning/hilarious/sharp-as-a-tack Ashley Mulheron and Lisa marie Long) never really talked about the game at all.

Instead there would be proper banter, very random subject matter, occesionally they'd just crease up with laughter. These games play themselves after all, we're not kids and we don't need to be told what a straight up bet is twenty times a night.
Ah well these were the days...

I just got paid a withdrawal in under two minutes from Sky Vegas.

They sent me a nice match offer promoting their new mobile casino, but the offer was also good for their normal site. (A ridiculously good offer too, a £10 deposit yielded a £30 bonus on a 1xB WR (!?!??!)).

Needless to say I met wagering as it was literally impossible not to, but I carried on playing for a fair bit afterwards, (I do like some of the IGT/Astra slots), eventually withdrawing £55.

Yes it's only a small amount, but even so, I've been dicked around for small withdrawals from casinos in the past and it's a real PITA.

Having made the withdrawal I decided to log into my Neteller account to see what my balance was (I have an ongoing session at Unibet at the moment as well, so I just wanted to double-check what I had in there) - and to my amazement the £55 was already paid. I'm saying 120 seconds at the most from withdrawal to cash in my Neteller account.

I figured it was worth flagging up 'cause I know we all hate slow pays from casinos, so IMO it's worth mentioning when they're at the opposite end of the scale.
