Tips Skype Update - get rid of ads!

Us Skype users will have recently had an update to install. This mean you'll now have annoying, irritating bastard banners flashing away and changing at the top - very distracting!

To remove:

1. Open-up the IE control panel.

2. Open-up "Network & Internet" then "Internet Options".

3. Go to the "Security" tab.

4. Click on the "Restricted Sites" icon, then the "Sites" button below it.

5. Type Outdated URL (Invalid) into the text box and click "Add"

6. Close and apply the changes.

7. Restart Skype.

I use Skype allot and its been trying to force this update on me for a day or 2 now. Keep putting it off as Skype updates rare bode well.

They are few decent add killers to get rid of the crap ..... annoying thing is I need skype for work so cant do without it.
