So? It's quite long time ago you are verified, maybe you also haven't used your bank account for transacting with them so they would need to verify that as well to be able make that manual payment to you on your request.

Why don't you send them your ID. Poof of Address, Proof of ownership of bank account (yours) which you want refund to be made and of course ask them to refund you your balance?

How do i explain this is english. Basically its not about the pound. It basically about all the times they refused to return my pound. After all my account was permanently closed. It will feel like a victory when they hand over that pound.
