Skybet holding my money nearly 6 years.

You already expressed that you want your account to be opened which is enough, then you were given 24h cool off period.

Must be traumatic experience if not getting over it in 6 years. These kind of posts makes it look obvious that more nannying and regulations to UK are needed when grown up people behave like this.
My account was self exclude for problems with gambling so it that simple to reopen

It is exactly that simple, all self-exclusions are considered as problem gambling and therefore need that 24h cool off period like you had. You told yourself that you contacted them to open your account which they did with cool off period.

There is no any failure happened from operator.

Well the fishing season started officially yesterday and there seems to be a bit of it going on here. Problem is, I think you were fishing for answers of a different sort, ones that would lead to, “do you think I have a ca.......

What is your ideal outcome from this thread? The £1 back? Compensation? Agreement from the CM Members that you have been wronged? Sorry but I’m confused as to why you would create an account to complain about something that happened 6 years ago when it really doesn’t have any significant financial impact on your life?

As long as you don't say it was £96 or 96p we are happy.

Well it's annoying I understand, but alas the Statute of Limitations in the UK means you cannot effectively pursue this unless they admit the debt to you, even then they wouldn't have to pay it after 6 years, unless they wanted to. If you are within limitation, then you won't have a hope of paying 75 quid for a summons to CC over less than a quid! Vexatious my friend.

It also seems you are suffering gambler's remorse and retrospectively trying to assign blame for what are essentially your own actions. While you have this nonsense in your head, you'll never be free of gambling. Just pretend you had a £1 spin on Bonanza and lost it. Move on mate.

It really isn't worth the stress, or bandwidth.
The number 96 shot into my head when I started reading this thread, and the more it goes on the more the OP's posts resemble the famous 96....... won't be surprised if its Mr 96 in disguise.

Give me 1 reason why they can keep my money this is not a wind up most of you guys are not really helpful just trying to joke maybe lack of attention at home. That's why you still gamble

I know that you can claim until 6 years. I gave sky every chance to return my money. I rang them after work during the years and email live chat to give my balance back.

Most of the support was very rude they didn't want to help they said we will not discuss this and cut the phone off. That the reason how can they treat us like that. How can they just keep your money and when you ring them they just cut you off is this a responsible gambling company always on tv promoting how much they do to protect vulnerable gamblers but they cannot give my balance back for nearly 6 years.

It make me feel clean again i havent gambled i will donate money charity im on right track do not want to fall into gambling addiction again

Its not about the money it about why would they not return it when asked. I knew it wasnt a good idea to ask on a gambling forum full of addicts. A normal person would understand.
