HI, i played in Sky Kings Casino, i deposited and los 1200 then i made a last deposit of 300, and won 7500 , i made my first withdrawal of 3000 on sunday 17th, on wednesday 20th 1600 more, and now i have in my account 3200. On wednesday they asked for my documentation, i sent all the requested documentation, and today i'm still waiting for my withdrawals, i never had to wait 10 days for a withdrawal, it's a normal situation????
10 days is pretty normal for this calibre of operation. If you took a bonus they will be using the 10 days to look for a reason not to pay anything other than your original deposit back.
A wiser course would have been to first request a withdrawal to the amount of your original deposits, and when that cleared, ask for some more. You would have a better starting position for any fight, having at least got back the deposit amount. Leaving the rest in the account would make them think they have you hooked. No doubt the deposit would have been refunded quickly to give a good impression, and they would only start their games with any winnings. This starts with requests for documents, quite usual in the industry, but then they would use this to start delays.
Firstly, they may claim never to have received them, can't read them, or can't open them. All this while, the funds sit in your account where you are supposed to tire of the delay, and play them all back (hence problem gone away).
Next, they will look for breaches in T & C, and finally they will look to see if you are likely to be a long term profitable player. If they believe you will take the winnings and never come back, they will find a way not to pay.
If you never took a bonus, they will have little excuse not to pay, and it takes a real premier league rogue to do that, and Sky Kings are not (yet?) in that league.
Lower league "rogues" tend to rely on long delays that cause the player to lose back any winnings - so uninstall the casino to avoid this temptation. When you get paid (hopefully), reinstall to withdraw another chunk, prat around a little on a few slots (no more than $100 or so loss, or stop on a decent hit), and uninstall again.
Be polite until it becomes clear that they have no intention of paying, then go for the jugular
If they pay, remember, there are better places to play that take nowhere near 10 days to pay out.
