Skrill Support - Better than it's reputation

Hey Guys,

i've monitored often conversations about Neteller vs Skrill.... Often people mentioned the Skrill support as bad... Am i really the only one having a different set of experiences with them? I do have to say i'm always between Bronze/Silver VIP there, but the VIP support is definitely very good. I pretty much never call them but i've sent several E-Mails with different issues and either it's "cancelling a withdrawal i made" or "prioritizin a withdrawal" or whatever request i have, most times it gets solved quickly as i wished...

Also the System with the Security Token, the MasterCard etc. is all working very very well in my opinion. I also use Neteller sometimes (although rarely) but my experience with Skrill over the years is pretty good.... Often though when searching the web i get a lot of negativity? What is your opinion here in the forum?

Also what do you guys think will be the future? Will Skrill and Neteller both stay as independent systems now that they both belong to the same company?

As said in previous topics before,I am 100% happy and satisfied with Skrill.
Never had any issues and queries always answered in a timely and decent manner.
As a VIP I also have a dedicated phonenumber where I can call to,always answered like within 10 seconds.

So I am defo in the happy camp.

Same here. Happy with service 99% of the time. I'm a vip customer as well and the service has been close to perfect.

The problems arise when the vip support is not available. Then I've had to wait times of 15-30mins on phone to get an agent to pick up and usually they simply can't help out until the next day when the vip support returns to work.

Apart from that they get a from me.

im happy with them. always bronze / silver as well, but when an error occurs with uploading funds, they react never under 7 days. also with normal questions via question form on the site... hell 7 days minimum response time.
as for bank withdrawals... wow same day!!! ask wd before 12 local time, its on my account 16:00.

with my skrill card however, im bound to 250 wd in 24 hours 500 doesnt work cause thats normal when taking money out of the atm in holland. if u use a card which isnt from that bank, max is 250

Really? Do you write the regular support or do you use the VIP Address? With the VIP Address you should get support very fast!

i think it was regular support. i dont know. but even regular support shouldnt take that long to respond.
in case of a failed deposit, it doesnt even matter if you ask support because in about a week you get it back also without screenshots.

skrill is very good.. i think most people having problems are the sort that, ring alarm bells..
withdrawals to my bank take half a day.

paypal is still top of the class though.. skrill has fees on everythin.

But Paypal is pretty different as most people outside the UK can't use it for Casino Deposits (me included), so the best options are either Skrill or Neteller, and often i hear better reviews about Neteller but personally i've made excellent experiences with Skrill.
