Skrill nightmare

I use skrill as my favorite method for deposits and cashouts since several years, without any problem. Since a few days ago I am unable to deposit in two casinos (payments to all other places work normally like they always have). Skrill customer service has only canned answers and they apparently couldnt care less. I phoned them three times and got only one mail in return with absolutely useless instructions (clear the cache, check internet connection and so on).
The casino support did not find out why that problem occured. Has anyone ever encountered some similar problem with skrill recently? Any advise would be very appreciated.

With 3dice im not sure but the only Rival Casino i ever played at i wasnt able to use skrill because of the license and skrill blocking transactions from germany to that country. I have no clue if thats the problem but maybe the rule applies for your country as well. :what:

Im using neteller for these casinos.
 
do you use credit card?.

skrill blocks credit card gambling and so does the cc supplier.
only depositing problems ive encountered with skrill

No credit card involved. Strange is that this problem appeared a few days ago with those two casinos and the same error message is popping up, stating that my email and/or password does not match the records. I have no idea what could possibly cause a problem like that, but I expected that Skrill can solve the issue. Their support is unfortunately horrible.

Have you tried contacting them again until you get a proper answer or basically filing a complaint? This way, they'll think their reputation is on the line and are more likely to help.
