So, I should start from the beginning.
About 2/3 weeks ago, I won £2000 from Simba games. Which I withdraw. But waking up the next day, I found my withdrawal had been spent. I put this down to. The fact I stupidly left my account open, and my 12 year old son played. Although I tried to get my money back, I figured it was a pointless act, as it was my fault. At least so I thought

I should also add, that in the discussion regarding this, I said

"It feels a little like you are laughing at my misfortune"

To which the replied with "we are"

A few days ago, I won another £1500, again on Simba games.
Withdrew and went to bed.

Only to wake up again, to find that I had an email to say my withdrawal had been cancelled. Confused, as 1) I didn't make the same mistake again. 2) no one else being in the house.
I tried to log on to find out what had happened, only to be told my password didn't work, so I tried to reset my password, to be told my email was invalid.

I sent a request to customer support, who told me, my account was my responsibility and they were not liable for it. And could I please use my registered email to contact them for security reasons. Again confused, as I have no idea what has occurred on my account, and I was emailing from my registered email.

I again requested info on my password, a few times, only to be told the same thing.

This is indeed kinda odd.

So your 12 year old son reversed your withdrawal and played it? He must have some knowledge of online casinos then, going to cashier and reverse a withdrawal..

Second time your wd also vanishes? Have you wrote to support from your registered email then?

Not much i can advice you to as it seems there must be some more info..

He has seen me play many times. And I assumed it was him based on the fact he was playing on the computer when I woke up.

I understand to a certain degree, that I most likely won't get any of the money back, as their stance, as with all online casino is, they can't be held responsible for it. And the old argument of, if it was on £20,000 and I could log in, would I complain.

But I wanted to highlight how poor their customer service was. Not just poor, absolutely shocking

Yes, simba games and all the skillonnet outfits are kinda poor in my opinion and i would stay away. You can also play wms games on better sites with way more better promotions and more fair rules.

Try redbet for example.

Sure if the money is played you wont get it back, only explanation for your latest account issue could be a hacked/phished account.

Try to contact them form your registered email like they requested and see what they say. Cant be you have 1.5k cashout pending and your account is gone??

I have been emailing them from my registered email address, but always get the same response

"Whilst I can fully understand your frustration at this time due to the outcome, I have to emphasize that, as previously advised by my colleague, your account is for your personal use only and the details should not be divulged to anyone else. "

Sure it is, so they closed your account therefor and confiscated the payout?

What did you tell them exactly and how so they explain that you cannot login, what about the pending withdarwal?

Ps: Never tell a casino that you share an account, this is forbidden in nearly every t&c and you shouldnt do so anyway.

First time, I was very honest about it. Said that I thought my son had used my account.

Second time,

I explained that I had withdrawn winnings last night, woke up to find that it had been reversed, and when I tried to log in to see what had happened, only my password won't work, and my email is invalid.

Which got this response

"Please note that the security of the account is solely the account holder’s responsibility.

It is upon player's responsibility for any third party accessing their Account using the correct username and password and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of such an event.

However for security reasons and in order for us to check and provide further information regarding this, please email us from the registered email address on your SimbaGames.co.uk account.

In order to retrieve your password, please use the Forgot Password option from the log in window. Simply follow the instructions by entering the registered email address and you will receive an automatic email with your log in details.

Thank you for your cooperation.

If you require further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,"

When I explained I couldn't reset my password as my email is invalid, they told me, it would be passed on to the relevant department

In which I got the response I posted previously

This was my first message regarding the problem

have a few problems right now.
For some reason my password isn't working and my email isn't valid.
On top of this, my withdrawal from last night of £1500 has been cancelled but I can't log in to see why!?
I'm very concerned about my account, as about a week ago my withdrawal of £2000 had been spent, from what I thought was my own fault with my account being left open.
But obviously making this mistake, and having to take the hit of losing £2000 I have not made the same mistake.
Please advise quickly.

Many thanks

Harry Clark

How could you see that your wd was cancelled allthough you couldnt login?

Anyway, if it was cancelled and played i think chances are slim. So it was not them who cancelled and voided it for any reason?

Real strange story and i feel sorry for your losses, after all i can only advice to stay away from these casinos.

I know it was cancelled because I got an email saying it was. But the same email will no longer work.
It's very strange and annoying!

Like I say, I know if the money was spent, then it's gone.

It's just so poor that I can't even log in to my account, to see what has gone on

Have you spoken to your son on this ? I know I sure as hell would have with the money involved! But one thing that kind of confuses me ... SkillOn Net casinos from what I recall do log you out after a period of inactivity ... or they did when I last played (slotsMagic) so your son must have either gone straight to your computer ... or found a way to log into your account when you were not around. I personally give benefit of the doubt to all OPs ... but something aint sitting right with this one.

Side note : I never have let my son watch me gamble online apart from 1 time by mistake. I dont want him following my vices .... but that is just a personal opinion. Same as I would not try to get my under 18 years old son into a land based casino or god forbid the high street bookmakers which I dont visit anyway.

On top of this the issue with the email .... dont add up here. But I could be wrong ?

I did speak to my son. Who obviously denied it. If he did it or not, was hardly going to say, "yeah, I underage gambled, and lost £2000 on your account"

My password and username were kept logged in. As I say, I learnt from my mistake, I removed the "save details" thing from Simba games and obviously no longer play when my son is around.

3 possibilities from what you're saying;

1. Your account was hacked (maybe a friend that knows your details and to which you divulged the winnings); - Really doubt it
2. Someone else that knows your details played (your wife / son / cousin / anyone else that lives in your house); - Really doubt it
3. You are actually the person who reversed and lost all the winnings; - Now this I can believe.

You know it will be really simple for the casino to prove that it was actually you, even if you changed your IP / Computer ID.

They can see your gaming history! I am almost certain the money you lost was wagered on your favorite games!

I don't want to be rude, a douche or anything else, but I don't buy your story;

Regarding their CS, yes, I agree, they're REALLY, REALLY, REALLY awful!
But the awful answer they gave you made me think about it ("we are" - laughing at your misfortune).
Even if the answer was completely unprofessional from all points of view, they might have something going for them.

Now I'm really interested in the outcome of this topic :)

I'll start by saying, it really doesn't matter what you believe happened. Or if you buy what I'm saying.
As I have stated, regarding the lost of monies etc. really is not important, nor the topic or my complaint. I'm aware that the first loss, I admitted fault for, and second one, I'm not even sure if it's still in my account or not. I'm assuming not, based on their replies. But I fully understand their stance on it. As stated before.

My conplaint was regarding their customer service and support team. Not trying to get my funds back, but trying to log into my account.

But thanks for your input, but been most useless

But harsh aint it ? My take really is like what was said before. You tried to say someone else got into your account reversed and lost in the hope that the casino would cough up the readies. Could be wrong of course. But if this is just about CS which for this group sure it sucks most times then why all the other facts ? I think you need to move on from this one accept the losses and if you dont like the CS at a casino they are stacks of great Accredited casinos with top notch support. BetSpin / VideoSlots / RedBet / to name but a few. Vote with your wallet.

I actually play the skillonnet group quite alot and although a little slow at paying out , they have always been great , Also i can tell you if you go into your account there will be a play history ,so you can see the exact date of any gambling that took place while you were asleep or out of the house etc ...
That way you can know if you son gambled it or not , But i must say i kind of agree with everyone else , This sounds really fishy , If 2k disappeared out of my account i would want answers , Seems more likely temptation got the better of you and you played with the money yourself ,They also have a phone number where you can speak to them directly so you wouldnt need your registered email to do so , Maybe give it a try .

You do have an input of mine regarding their CS. The part with Lack of Professionalism...
You should pay more attention before being a douche. It's just my opinion, based on years of online and land-based gambling...
Take it or leave it.

As for your e-mail address, to recover your account:

Send them another e-mail giving them all the details that you wrote on that account:
First name / date of birth / e-mail address / address / anything else relevant.
If they still won't change your password, ask them if they would be willing to do it if you'd send documents.
Send them the documents to approve that you're the actual person that registered the account, and everything should be solved.

few cents

i wouldn't even play with that place you going to get ripped either way stick to accredited casinos list at least then if something happens you may have a leg to stand on.you need to contact your bank or use online banking and get a statement from the account used to see where all the charges are from and the times this will enable you to investigate further
