So, I should start from the beginning.
About 2/3 weeks ago, I won £2000 from Simba games. Which I withdraw. But waking up the next day, I found my withdrawal had been spent. I put this down to. The fact I stupidly left my account open, and my 12 year old son played. Although I tried to get my money back, I figured it was a pointless act, as it was my fault. At least so I thought
I should also add, that in the discussion regarding this, I said
"It feels a little like you are laughing at my misfortune"
To which the replied with "we are"
A few days ago, I won another £1500, again on Simba games.
Withdrew and went to bed.
Only to wake up again, to find that I had an email to say my withdrawal had been cancelled. Confused, as 1) I didn't make the same mistake again. 2) no one else being in the house.
I tried to log on to find out what had happened, only to be told my password didn't work, so I tried to reset my password, to be told my email was invalid.
I sent a request to customer support, who told me, my account was my responsibility and they were not liable for it. And could I please use my registered email to contact them for security reasons. Again confused, as I have no idea what has occurred on my account, and I was emailing from my registered email.
I again requested info on my password, a few times, only to be told the same thing.
