Partycasino this time.

deposit bonus + spins but get no spins they refuse to add them until they look into it further. How is this legal to make a offer but not give what you signed up for. Even worse is when a live chat refuses to manually add them.

Im sick of misleading email titles acting like there are freespins inside.

I got one today from playolg. "you deserve a treat"
I open it up and its to tell me they came out with a new slot. Seriously? So coming out with a new slot thats probably 94% rtp is a treat for me?

dunder casino win that award, assholes do it daily.

TBH, i get very few of those offers, maybe one per week or even less.

Since i rarely take bonuses they might not bother sending me the bonus emails. I am very much OK with that. :D

But i would venture to say that they are "false advertising" since they promise something in the header which turns out something completely different in the email text. They hardly ever even bother nowadays to put a little star at the end of the headline so everyone would know that their are some terms following.

There won't be any change in these practices until somebody complains to the regulatory bodies, UKGC, ASA or the like.

Partycasino refusing to add the 50 free spins, hey say the link i signed upto can only add those spins, unless im being dumb how can a 3rd party have access to my account to give me free spins

anyway im done with hem will dispute my deposit with paypal to get the money back.

My guess is that you signed up with an affiliate that had that specific deal with the casino.
Either the casino have forgotten to tell the affiliate that the deal is off, or the affiliate haven't made the changes yet.

If you know from where you signed up they are the ones that should talk to the casino for you. It's another good reason for remembering to use affiliates that are trustworthy.

Yeah - that's the worst - and FAR too common these days.
If I have to pay for something that's free... then it's NOT free!

I noticed that my spam filter is getting less of these e-mails now. Maybe they have given up.

Yes, companies should find another way to get people to deposit than the stupid "We'll give you free spins if you deposit!" bullshit.

The worst type of offers by a country mile. Seem to quite prevalent nowadays, maybe this sales tactic is working with someone somewhere.

I loathe the "You have free spins sitting in your account!" type offers, they send me into a fit.

Oh really, thanks for the free spins, how generous, what a wonderful gest......oh fuck they've duped me again haven't they.

NO I'M NOT MAKING A DEPOSIT TO UNLOCK THESE SPINS YOU A-HOLES :mad:

Another one today from uckypants bingo which is a sister site to spinawin that someone already posted about,

small print, 100% match is credited as cash bonus and carries a 10x wagering requirement. Maximum convertible to real from bonus is £20

Bake to the fake offers, They should be a place to report this,

How many free spins have you been given today? Do I really need to open the email to find out 0 ?

Those offers are atrocious to the point of insulting players.

Where will the Dunder Blunder Train stop at next? :eek2:

By the way there promo' are going most likely 3 lines on a 50 liner slot,

Would not surprise me one bit if that happen,

I also got a phone call today from spin casino, Do they ever stop, Here are the normally bull shit, do you play slots or tables, Slots I say, Oh ok than ply Tarzan as just paid out 2k I said you having a joke its shit and what they do have a 4k spin to win the 2k,
than the normal 110% offer, I would normally snap some ones arm off for a 110% bonus now days lol but didnt even blink at the offer.

And just as the email come in the the magical old casinos that pulled from the U.K that passed business on to spincasino started coming in, There must be riffling in the the filing cabinet

I got one of these "fake offers" from Party Casino this morning. A copy of the offer and corresponding chat with their live support is below:

Pavel [14:06:04]
Thank you, Tom.
Pavel [14:06:06]
How can I help?
You [14:06:08]
You sent me an email saying:
You [14:06:10]
Turn your card to uncover your reward

We don’t believe in gloomy Sundays here at partycasino – in fact, we think they’re super! That’s why we’re giving you a mystery prize every Sunday in January so you can end your weekend with a bang. Simply turn your card and you’ll receive a guaranteed prize, including the following:

Log in now and turn your card to claim your mystery prize.
You [14:06:16]
Where do I find that card in my account?
Pavel [14:06:54]
Can you see the bonus in your promotions tab?
You [14:07:28]
No, I just see NetEnt Dead or Alive promotion, nothing else.
Pavel [14:07:36]
The promotion is only available to players who can see the offer listed under “My Promotions” section of their account page.
Pavel [14:07:52]
I am sorry but if you don't see the bonus, then you are not targeted for it.
You [14:08:04]
Why did you email me saying I was then ?
You [14:08:14]
Normally I have always had these card offers before? Why has that now changed.
Pavel [14:08:34]
The email is purely for information purposes to inform all of our players that this promotion exists.
Pavel [14:08:56]
Sorry about the inconvenience.
You [14:08:58]
"That’s why we’re giving you a mystery prize every Sunday in January so you can end your weekend with a bang."
You [14:09:08]
Its even addressed to me by name.
Pavel [14:09:44]
Yes, the email was sent to all players in our database, as different players get targeted each week.
You [14:09:54]
You can't do that..
You [14:10:34]
You can't email a player saying they have an offer or gift when they really don't. Its complete false advertisement. I will be sending all of this information to the UKGC.
Pavel [14:11:36]
Sorry about the inconvenience.
Pavel [14:13:04]
The email is sent to all players, but as per the promotion's terms & conditions, only players who see it in their "My Promotions" menu are eligible.
Pavel [14:13:34]
Different players will be able to see the promotion in different weeks in their "My Promotions" menu.
Pavel [14:13:44]
Sorry again for the inconvenience.
You [14:13:52]
Yeah, I understand what you are saying, but you can't do that under UKGC guidelines. You will lose your UK license.
You [14:14:34]
You are advertising that a player gets a free gift in their account via an email promotion when they really do not.
Pavel [14:14:44]
I see your point, but there's nothing I can do, really.
Pavel [14:15:06]
You can find more information regarding the Terms & Conditions that surround this bonus by opening this link: XXXXX
You [14:15:46]
I understand its not your fault as you are just live chat but this sort of thing is very bad for you guys. Anyway I will forward everything over to them with a copy of this chat and they can handle it.
Pavel [14:16:28]
Is there anything else I can help you with?

- T
