Shouldn't casinos have to uphold their ts and cs?

I have a general question - general because for a pittance of money I don't want to get into particulars. I'm going to close my account at the casino because I've had it with them. My question is if a certain term is stated, in this case about comps:

  • All comp point wins are limited to a withdrawal amount of 10x the redemption amount i.e. redemption value = $10 will have a maximum cashout value of $100.
and I go on to chat to ask why money was removed from my withdrawal I am told that max cashout is 1X, not 10X. I ask them to check again because that seems ridiculous and I'm told sorry, that's the way it is. If this is the case, then they are free to change any of their terms and conditions based on a whim. They say oh the web site must be wrong. I assure you, it has said this on the web site since I've been playing here.

Am I wrong?

sure, doesn't matter to me. It's Raging Bull. I play at the other casinos in the group, Planet 7 and Silver Oak and they're great. It takes a while to get paid but you get paid. Raging Bull seems to be the petulant child in the bunch. I'm supposed to adhere to the terms and conditions but they aren't.

Raging Bull is NOT recommended. I think they're rogue. Slow or no payments, predatory terms and no licensing info on their website...

Try Casino Max or Extreme instead, they're good ones.

I'm aware they are not recommended and I've had problems with them before. Their sister casinos seem to have gotten it together so I thought maybe Raging Bull had too. Obviously I'm wrong. Like I said, this was a general question and I'm done with Raging Bull.
