Shame about Slots Millions

Turns out that it wasn't worth PMing Charlotte (the rep) as she hasn't responded for nearly a week, after promising to do so.

Using the forum to try and shame a rep because you are upset with something unrelated isnt really how this works and it isnt cool at all. You seem like you are trying to get a mob going here but you wont find many people who are willing to get behind you when its clear what you are doing.

Been awhile since I played here, I like their casino but sadly they took away thunderkick and BTG. Do we know the reason slotsmillion had to do this because I dont think ive come across any other casinos doing this
 
Not at all...Just being honest...I feel it's the rep who is trying to name and shame...My long, in depth, really what I feel / think comments are made via PM...

And I'm sure if you go look they do have some Thunderkick and BTG games there...unless there were specific games you wanted to play and those are now gone.

I just replied to your PM. I understand your opinion about how outrageous my reply was to you, even though I don't share it. Your post implied that we don't bother answering to our customers despite the fact that we pretend to. You say it was just you being honest, I believe it was the honest expression of your discontent supported by a slightly exaggerated picture of what happened. I see no reason to let you shame me or our team for no reason but to satisfy you and yes I do believe it was necessary to clarify how the communication went so everyone can have his own opinion based on few facts. I intended my post to clarify things a bit and be rude and polite enough to express that I respect you and put good will in this but I am expecting the same kind of respect and good will in return otherwise there is no point in discussions.

Should we never find an agreement on that last matter, know that like I told you in my PM, you made your point and I will raise your feedback about our Customer Service policy / our CasinoMeister rep policy to the management which will definitely take actions if we get the same kind of feedback from other customers.

@lockinlove, I sent you a PM about it with more explanations but the bottom line is: we do have BTG and Thunderkick available
 
Does slotsmillion plan on introducing a new cashout method because their changes are very bad. Instead of now the small fee from the bank we are being charged between $100 and $200 in fees depending on the amount.

They send the cashout in euros now instead of our currency so when it gets exchanged all the currency exchange fees take effect and hammer us quite badly.

Let me link you a post I wrote few months ago about how International Wire Transfers are paid on SlotsMillion. Our Payment Manager confirmed me we didn't make any change to the way Wire Transfers are processed: we credit players with 3% more than the actual withdrawal amount to cover a part of the fees, although we absolutely have no control over it. In particular, if your fee went from small to high all of a sudden it is likely that your bank applied a change and raised the charges. Another bank would charge you differently.

We have now EcopayZ available as withdrawal method in your country so that could be a good alternative if that is a method you are familiar with.

I called the bank and they told me nothing has changed. I was told you do not send the funds in Canadian dollars anymore and instead send it in euros, so then the bank charges currency exchange fees and then your typical lower market exchange rate crap banks do for more profit.

Its very hard to use ecopayz now because they only allow visa to deposit. And visa blocks such sites like this so I cannot use them. I have tried trust me.

wife just been told it will take until Wednesday to process her withdrawal. I get they dont work weekends but as she put it in Friday.... Really that be 5 days pending by then. Thats a joke for a fully veri account

Usually very fast processing when I have withdrawn previously. Usually have my money within 48 hours into my bank.

I made a withdrawal earlyhours Sunday morning and waiting now. Suppose you just got to be pantient.

Usually very fast and realible.
 
I am excited to have my cashout from last week but also a bit nervous to see how bad I get dinged with fees since their new cashout method is terrible for Canada

Billy if you call Visa they will clear the transaction. Same thing happened to me and they unblocked it after I called. Try depositing again using Visa and when the transaction gets blocked call them. I can't remember what their reason was for blocking Ecopayz but it was no problem after I cleared this up with them (you may not want to mention that you are using the card for gambling purposes).

We are currently delayed on processing Trustly payments for UK players - long story short we had several big winners to pay and have to refill the UK/£ account and are waiting for the transfer to our Trustly account to go through so we can pay all waiting WTD. We're expecting the transfer to go through anytime soon but I suppose the customer support announced Wednesday as a safe estimation. We apologize for the delay and hope it will be unlocked soon. I can confirm Brian that there is nothing blocking in your account (the withdrawal is approved by the Payment & Fraud team) it's only a matter of getting the money so we push the button to pay. Hey I got $1288..so $12 on fees which is ok with me! Thanks for covering some of those crazy fees!

Now you guys just need a reward system in your casino and you would be one of the best by far :)

Thank you so much for adding Ecopayz as a cashout method! This was actually the reason why I haven't played at SlotsMillion for a few months since I had enough of the Bank Wire fees and all and I rarely transfer my funds from Ecopayz to my bank account which would cost me about $15+ CAD without a "International fee" charged by my bank.

P. S BTW, BillyBonanza. You can load up your Ecopayz account with using... Instadebit! Really, it is a thing even if I don't use that method for Ecopayz.
