Turns out that it wasn't worth PMing Charlotte (the rep) as she hasn't responded for nearly a week, after promising to do so.
Using the forum to try and shame a rep because you are upset with something unrelated isnt really how this works and it isnt cool at all. You seem like you are trying to get a mob going here but you wont find many people who are willing to get behind you when its clear what you are doing.
Been awhile since I played here, I like their casino but sadly they took away thunderkick and BTG. Do we know the reason slotsmillion had to do this because I dont think ive come across any other casinos doing this

I called the bank and they told me nothing has changed. I was told you do not send the funds in Canadian dollars anymore and instead send it in euros, so then the bank charges currency exchange fees and then your typical lower market exchange rate crap banks do for more profit.
Its very hard to use ecopayz now because they only allow visa to deposit. And visa blocks such sites like this so I cannot use them. I have tried trust me.
wife just been told it will take until Wednesday to process her withdrawal. I get they dont work weekends but as she put it in Friday.... Really that be 5 days pending by then. Thats a joke for a fully veri account

We are currently delayed on processing Trustly payments for UK players - long story short we had several big winners to pay and have to refill the UK/£ account and are waiting for the transfer to our Trustly account to go through so we can pay all waiting WTD. We're expecting the transfer to go through anytime soon but I suppose the customer support announced Wednesday as a safe estimation. We apologize for the delay and hope it will be unlocked soon. I can confirm Brian that there is nothing blocking in your account (the withdrawal is approved by the Payment & Fraud team) it's only a matter of getting the money so we push the button to pay. Let me link you a post I wrote few months ago about how International Wire Transfers are paid on SlotsMillion. Our Payment Manager confirmed me we didn't make any change to the way Wire Transfers are processed: we credit players with 3% more than the actual withdrawal amount to cover a part of the fees, although we absolutely have no control over it. In particular, if your fee went from small to high all of a sudden it is likely that your bank applied a change and raised the charges. Another bank would charge you differently.
We have now EcopayZ available as withdrawal method in your country so that could be a good alternative if that is a method you are familiar with.
