Self excluded at Ladbrokes Online but not excluded at Coral

These are one and the same now are they not? Surely if someone self excluded from one they would be from the others? Ladbrokes and Betdaq share this so why not Coral? Something stinks about it

They don't share a license so don't think they need to SE from both, I'm sure something was posted about this at the time, not sure if was Nicola who posted what the position was.
