That’s so unlucky, I admit to liking this game and one day hope to be the lucky one!

Liked this game. Never had over 100x oddly enough but it’s different and fun, sadly just eats the balance like a hungry shark at cabot cove!..
There's a slot called MARCHING LEGIONS that has an average feature frequency of 1 in 3077 spins.
You have to collect 330 (!) stacks of the top paying symbol to trigger the free spins feature, there is no other way to trigger the feature. (There is a feature buy but I don't do those.)
So basically, on turbo play, it takes around three hours to get a feature.
This afternoon I decided to grind out a feature on MARCHING LEGIONS.
This is how it went.
Needless to say I was THRILLED.

I feel like maybe in this instance you should've just used the feature buy. It's the only way I play that game and you would've seen how volatile the feature is, it's all or nothing.
I know I did loads of Feature Buys in demo play when the slot was released and made a video about it too
We discussed the slot at some length in this thread, and @Harry_BKK kindly provided some stats, which show that there's basically bugger all RTP in the bonus.
Any casino/rep willing to step up and promote high RTP
I concluded in my video that the way to play this game is to simply grind out the bonus, but not expect it to pay much of anything significant when you finally get there, but also noting that it's entirely possible to win just from the base game.
I actually hit just over 250x stake in the base game on the way to the bonus, so even though the bonus paid zero, I was still a chunk in profit on the session

Had to check, and just like you said its actually lower on feature buy.Hang on, are you saying you get a lower RTP if you're just buying features?
I thought it was almost always higher overall RTP from feature buys but far more risky.

97.13% vs 98.12%
Like you say, its usually 0.5-1% higher on feature buys, atleast on most slots.
Atleast they skipped the "Congratulations" part of it. =)Any provider that still has a screen that does something like this after a zero pay bonus has to sit on the naughty step.
The game is QuickSpin's 'HOT SYNC', it is proving difficult to get a decent bonus on it but there's no need to be told I've 'won' absolutely fuck all.
Some providers manage to do a different screen on a zero pay bonus round, it's a bit cheap when they just display the generic round end screen with a value of 0.00

Well as they say “if yer lines no in the water ya won’t catch any fish”he must have been having a pint when yer bonus was runningI don't have the evidence as I was so mad at the time but I got a Fishing Frenzy Megaways bonus where the fisherman didn't put in an appearance at all & it paid a few p. Tilted the wotsit out of me.
