Scammers ahoy

Good morning I was wondering if you could possibly help me with some guidance or support I hope I've posted the top part in line with the rules I will outline my issue and hopefully gain some help regarding it merry Christmas
 
I recently opened an account with a online casino/sports betting site and placed a wager of 50 UK pounds on a wager the bet won after sending them kyc documents I was asked to supply a iban number which I was shocked by as I paid by visa after contacting my bank I was given assurance they wouldn't be able to steal money from my account this is after I had seen so many bad reviews about this company since then I emailed them on several occasions and asked about the winnings as I noticed I was unable to login they had blocked my email address I asked them if there was a problem I then realised I was up against it and sent them a time line to settle this payment of 437.64 pounds since which I received an email saying we don't tolerate threats no words were used of threats I was outlining the time line to pay the moneys I was entitled to in which case I was told my account is closed but no mention of the money I've contacted the relevant authorities and have also raised this with ask the guru I'm deeply DISSAPOINTED they don't respond to emails they don't have a phone line for customer service it's only email only I know I've probably lost everything but I will seek uidance before pursuing this matter further they are licensed in Curaçao which by the looks of it doesn't hold any clout in terms of customer protection. In relation to this type of issue can you help guide if atall possible

If you want help, the first thing people here will need is the name of the Casino or Sports Book involved.

Sorry about that but once the fingers start there's no stopping it hehe just so you are aware it's playatharrys.com they are both casino and sportsbook combined obviously this has been hell on earth with these people account closed no moneys I have all of the communication emails sent screenshot of the bet and the balance after it won of needed by what I've read on trust pilot this company are professionals in doing this especially to UK players they don't have any contact number only via email getting responses is like unheard of untill they wanna play games and claim all of your money and close the account but no mention of the money they owe kind regards excuse the punctuation it's not my strongsuit I appreciate your response even something like that means a lot at least you may be able to give some guidance etc kind regards
 
Please be aware I have emailed both gambling commissions In Curaçao however after reading certain reviews I don't hold out much hope apparently they don't care about customer issues it's all about money, however I need to ensure I'm trying everything to retrieve the best possible outcome, I'm not worried about the closure especially after this obviously this is the worst experience I've ever come across I didn't see the reviews untill after I had placed the bet that was a massive mistake otherwise I would never of entertained them at all but it was too late and now I'm into them for 437.64 pence and they have closed my account they played delay tactics so you get frustrated any reputable company would have a team in place to ensure customer care this is obviously not the case here I'm wondering if they are a mickey mouse company who are prying on vulnerable and UK players especially listen even if I don't get my money back this company needs seriously looking at they have a rating of 1.9 out of 10 if that ain't bad I don't know what is, on trust pilot the last month theres over 10 issues with UK players same company playatharrys.com moneys being taken winnings not being paid etc and it looks like I've walked into a serious problem exactly the same after reading the reviews I took all steps to ensure I had evidence I. E communication and the bet and the winnings plus the selections as soon as I gave them untill the 27th of December and the possible legal stance I would take if I didn't receive my money they emailed me saying your account is now closed the big question is where is my money and am I going to have to take this to a legal stance even if I broke even this company needs bringing to justice on what they are doing to players ive never heard of this as I explained this case is nigh on identical to others I've seen on trust pilot which reviews the company I know I may get nothing but I want to ensure this company can't be allowed to do this to anyone else if you need any communications or the bet etc let me know and I will forward it on cheers
 
if there's any feedback on this or guidance I would really appreciate it so I can get on the right track I've just seen on another site the playatharrys.com are owned by ragnar commercial incorporated apparently Panama based I've also seen that others are having the same problems accounts being closed and no moneys being received if there's any info or updates please let me know kind regards

They are a totally Rogue casino so you have probably no chance in hell of getting paid from them.

As you are in UK not sure why you would even be signing up to a site like that.

Anyway think you will just have to write it off as a bad experience. And before signing up to any new sites do a bit off research as plenty more casinos like them out there.

Fill out this complaint form - it's for the financial ombudsman service:

help.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/help

Tell them it is a fraud/scam complaint, make sure you send them any correspondence you've had with the company, save their terms and conditions as a PDF & send those too. They can take a few months to get round to dealing with your case but I've used them in the past & they are the only ones likely to help.

From my experience, the gambling commission will be of little to no use.

I'm currently using this site and at least they have paid out what I put in, allbeit withdrawals take 5 full business days and some gentle nudging. I have more to withdraw over the next few weeks and will let you know if/when I start to experience problems.
