Hi, been reading through many other threads in relation to Stay Lucky Casino and the Tall Mountain Group.

This is what happened to me:

1. Deposited €500 with bonus lost.

2. Deposited a further €500 with bonus, went on Live Chat and requested they removed the bonus which they took off.

3. Won €6300 cashed out the max allowed €5000 and they wanted my international banking information for the withdrawal.

4.With the remaining €1300 I played slots and went onto roulette did some big spins and lost the €1300

5. Sent all my private info for verification, nothing happened and of course no reply to my documents via email.

6.Waited a week and went on live chat and was told they would call me for verification etc. They rang and congratulated me on my win.

7. Went on live chat and was advised my withdrawal was cancelled because I had broken the terms of wagering more than 30% of my original deposit. Even though I had cashed the €5000 first and just decided to play with the remaining amount left on my balance.

8. Tried to compromise and request my deposits back and they refused.

Today I’ve been in touch with Action Fraud and was given a crime reference number, passed to Gambling Commission Enforcement and contacted my bank for a possible chargeback or fraud case.

I’ve also found out their own Gambling Commission is corrupt:

It’s a lesson learnt and I just knew one day this would happen with these dodgy overseas online casino companies. This fraudulent casino group really have scammed a lot of people.

Also I would like to add all my emails were ignored (every single one) plus the live chat was absolutely shocking, unhelpful and barely interested with all operators typing less than two words at a time.

The last week has been nothing but a nightmare and the mental impact this has had on me is immense, as well the affects on people close to me. I’m laid in my room mentally exhausted and utterly gutted.

Casinomir and Tall Mountain are all people need to know about this clip joint. Sorry mate, this is what happens when you play at unlicensed non-UKGC sites from the UK.

Sadly you are just one person in a long line of people who have been scammed by these criminals. Tall Mountain / Casinomir prey on problem gamblers and those who overlook the licencing.

When I brought this up with the UKGC at ICE earlier this month, they looked at me with no clue what I was on about. Until they get their heads out the sand, then every day more people will fall victim.

If you wish to gamble, stick to the accredited list Best Online Casinos Reviews : Accredited | 2019 - Casinomeister and avoid clicking on any links at scummy affiliate sites.

Thanks for trying to bring this up. I was reading some other reviews on another site and it was disturbing to read what some people had been through with these scammers and the way players are been treated by them.

I’m hoping now I’ve got the authorities involved and email confirmations including a crime reference number I may just get my deposits back by the bank. I guess it’s only a small chance but I’m just hoping there is a little light at the end of the tunnel.

First of all play at deposit at a casino licensed in your home land or at least one of the big non-predatory groups a google search would suffice to show/tell you their is a chance their would be a. Problem b.scam Z.wtf lesson learned

Whenever I read a similar post I wonder why playing on these curacao casinos when in England the choice is so wide?
For example in Italy we do not have some slot provider (like push or relax or elk) and this is why I have also been in your same situation with two of these criminals!

I'm sorry for you I hope somehow they can change their mind!

Or the OP could take a look at the accredited casino section listed on this site:rolleyes:.

I dont know if this is the case here, but it could be because someone has self-excluded themselves or using somehing like gamstop, making them unable to use the uk-licensed casinos.

I have two places i sometimes play that is outside of Swedish regulation.
The reason i sometimes play outside of the regulated casinos is mostly because i might want to play some slots i cant play at the licensed sites, or i get a nice bonus offer (no bonuses on swe-licensed sites).
Also i dont have the 3-sec delay for each spin when playing outside of regulation.
Providers like gamomat&merkur is really tiresome to play with the 3-sec delay (and i can only play like 5% of their slots if playing on a regulated site)

This was my response from a site which has tried to deal with this casino group before, they are inundated with complaints about them (sorry I can’t mention the site here):

We consider these rules as predatory:

If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount.

"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:

  • Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.
  • Using Martingale, double-up and similar systems and strategies.

We may try to convince them again, but in case this negotiation fails, we will mark your complaint as unresolved with classification against fair gambling codex. I am sorry for the bad news.

This casino has no license, and there is no authority where you may complain. (complaining at UKGC won't help you) My recommendation for you is to play only in casinos with UK license.

Hi, yeah your right I’m currently on the GamStop register. I was sucked in by reading a hoax website currently number 1 on the Google search engine in terms of certain keywords, the site pretends it was written by a U.K. player and affiliated links are place. But doing a little digging now I’ve realised all the casino sites lead back to the same group.

Oddly I’ve always done very well playing with the unlicensed sites,I’ve always got paid (although with a delay) but this group really has taught me a big lesson.

If you’ve signed up with gamstop you should seek out more help it’s obviously not work and you will just give your money away with absolutely no return! I’m sure their will be a member on here who will have links for extra help support

What is the name of the affiliate site? If you don't want to post it here - please PM me.

It's C*sinoMir - they're even listed as 'partners' on the scam casino itself!

FYI you are in violation of the PAB Rules: see Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures , item 2.3. I fully understand that in this particular case you continuing to post is unlikely to make much of a difference to the outcome of your case -- casino rogue and uncooperative -- but you should be aware that in general violating the PAB rules like this is likely to slow, damage or kill your PAB.

Hi Maxd,

Thanks for the information you can close my complaint then, I would rather this information gets out ASAP to others. The chances that these scammers will even bother to respond to a complaint is virtually zero.

I am working non-stop with the authorities to take action against these scumbags, including collecting other horror stories from around the web.

Also for your information my bank details have now also being compromised by this lot, today I was also told that Visa will no longer take any payments from any of Tall Mountain Limited Sites.

The level of care that Casinomir show is laughable. It says on every page "We are always happy to hear from you!" yet on the contact page they have removed all contact details and e-mail addresses recently. They know full well what they are doing.

They have set up new sites now to target the French and German market for those who want to get around restrictions. @LeoVegas Affiliates @Cashmio Affiliate @Mr Green-Redbet_Customer supportRep are all advertising there along side the most rogue sites you can imagine.

So I’ve sent 18 emails and received two back with one saying my €5000 was denied and today this:

We understand that you have sent a complaint requesting a refund due to the License.

We have never stated we hold a UKGC license.
It is a player’s responsibility to check if they are allowed to play as regards to their own domestic jurisdiction laws.

We do not investigate any complaints regarding refunds for license issues.

Any action made by a player which seeks to initiate payment fraud will be contested by the financial department with your bank.

Regards

Stay Lucky Casino Support Team

Sounds like a bluff to me. I would just contest it. They should be blocking players from UK - or at least blocking deposits. But you're dealing with crooks. I'd dispute the payment and contact the UKGC. See what they have to say about this.

Does anyone have some kind of legal letter to get the bank to refund, any special terminology with regulations, I’m hopeless at writing letters.

Tread very carefully mate regarding change back as banks are very reluctant to do them especially with gambling transactions if successful they will refund the money with in 10 days.
They will then chase the merchant for the money but if the casino supplies evidence that They voided the winnings was legit (weather it was or not) they will side with the merchant and wack your credit file with a CIFS marker.
Meaning your options get get credit or a bank account with be greatly limited.
I suggest you have a chat with your bank first before going down the charge back route.
