This is a long story, and i'm not very good in english but i'll try my best for explain you.

8-9 Months ago i decided to open an account at stakers.com casino, i played, made deposit and withdraw without any problems
and all was going good. I suggested to a friend this casino and 1 time (1) he came at my house and played from HIS ACCOUNT to WITH MY DEVICE.
The day after, our 2 accounts was closed for multi-accounting.

Like 2 or 3 months ago i asked to stakers to reopen MY ACCOUNT and they accepted...played for these months...deposited and made withdraw without problems....
and today..... playing in BONANZA i won like 2900 euro...close the session.... i try to login and....BOOM - MULTI ACCOUNT DETECTED ERROR.

OF COURSE i immediately contacted the support via email and they told me i did multiacounting (THIS IS REALLY NOT TRUE, NEVER MORE HAPPENED FROM WHEN THEY REOPENED MY ACCOUNT)
So now, im here with no way to enter the website, and very very probably the scammed out the 2900 euros.
i dont really know what to say

Did you keep the chat logs/emails which confirmed you were okay to re-open the account? Was it a new account you created, or were you playing on the old account?

They’re not accredited here, but are relatively popular. You may want to open a PAB.

i have all the chats via email, was the old account that as the image says they reopened, i dont know how to do this pab if someone can help me will be very appreciated :(

@bianchini82 : I have received your PAB and will look into it ASAP.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures.

Be aware that failing to comply with the PAB Policies & Procedures can delay, damage or even kill your PAB.

Good luck man...You should get your winnings as they did reopen your account.
Especially when it was just a once off that your friend played on your device with his account. (Prior to closure of both accounts).

Well, kind of waiting for to happen to me now... Had almost the same situation last week. My friend played from his account on my laptop. Should probably start saving chats and emails... What a butthurt...

If that happened that one time and they said it's ok by re-opening your account, it's absolutely ridiculous to use that as reason not for paying out your winnings after accepting your multiple deposits. Hope it getting corrected when you contact and explain to them and they review whole case, can be just picked out when checks made when you withdraw and that's standard response...

Using ip address as only reason these days start to be also very harsh as people playing with mobiles and for sure can be sharing wifis etc... Also my friend is visiting me, we might both place our football, horse etc.. bets from my device which shouldn't be a problem. These can be used to back up whole story as parts but there must be something else as well, confiscating winnings with that reason if there is no any advantage found to gross use accounts for bonuses etc... which is different story but about that "smurfing" you would need clearly see that it's made with purpose (which is not really hard to experienced person to see from game play, bonuses etc...).

If me and my friend are drinking beer in my place and see somebody posted interesting horse tip in thread here and we both place 100€ bet using my laptop but own betting accounts can't really see any abuse there, if i would be controlling both accounts, placing bet only on one account would have been easier and faster. I hope these kind of things don't happen in decent places, some rogue ones are ready to take your winnings for any reason but hope is not happening commonly in good places in last 5 years at least or so...

I have seen load of threads over various sites of situations like this and it saddens me that casinos insist on us playing alone and unsociable in our homes.

I, like most gamblers have many mates that gamble too and often round mine, instead of us travelling a 80 mile round trip to a casino we have a punt online, as its just as much fun as land based and we can drink without worrying about who's driving home! However if we were to use both our accounts eg one of us has bust out, on the same night or any other time at the same PC etc we would get accused of having multiple accounts???? Its just getting all too one sided on the online casinos, any excuse to close accounts and withhold funds.

I can see how bonus abuse situations could arise like this but to 99% of players it will just be a case of a night in having a flutter with one or more mates round. What do casinos take us for? lonely sad individuals with no mates sitting home alone gambling? Us gamblers do have social lives too you know!

Stop all this nonsense of closing "multiple" accounts when they are two accounts in question that are clearly two different individuals residing at different addresses.

When I lived with a mate for a while due to a relationship break up, we had problems due to both having an account at a certain casino and resulted in one of us having to close one, bloody ridiculous........

Like sais, it's not really hard to analyze connected accounts and make quite educated assumption if there is one person who makes accounts with all family members and use all bonuses by using paysafe cards etc... or if there are two people who been logged in gaming accounts from same ip address but been playing with their own funds and not only to use welcome bonuses and etc..

Using only this point from T&C:s gives you option to confiscate huge amount of players winnings for "using similar dynamic ip addresses" or "living in almost same address" etc.. so assume that most of casinos don't rely only for some one time incident when my neighbour used my wifi for live bet when watching footie in my place.

You can see pattern in these "smurffing" abusers how account been used for it and then you have quite strong call if player going to claim complaint but only one login from same ip is total BS claim which should only be used together with other findings to show that behavior on account is very suspicious and can be counted as abuse.

I also suspect that once someone takes this practice to court, it may violate some rights. But untill someone contest it, casinos will do as they want.

For safety reasons would probably need to contact casino every time when playing to ask if anyone else have ever logged in from this ip i'm logged in now :) But really don't believe that any decent casino would do such a BS tricks... Haven't even heard about many cases where family members would haven't been welcome to play at same site long as accounts and payment methods are kept clearly separated.

Understand that rule existing for abusers though but in scenarios like OP posting it's just full nosense if that's whole story what happened.

Update, and still problems on the situation.

After contacting the MGA stakers he immediately reopened my account, in the email they sent me they said that my withdrawal
had not been successful due to my bank (?!) However, I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros and it is arrived in about 30 seconds .
.. at that point I thought, hey, it's done! No ... the nightmare continues ... I requested another withdrawal of 900 euros and it
was suspended for about 50 hours. Today I open my account and the money has been credited back to my account.
Obviously I ask for explanations and as usual they answer me with the usual sentences copy / paste ..
Furthermore now, I can no longer make withdrawals .. if I try to make them the system automatically recognizes it as an error.
I no longer know what to say or what to do .... Excuse me if I have bored you with this story. I will keep you updated
if there will be some good news but I doubt it strongly.

@bianchini82 : I warned you to read and respect the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures. You ignored that advice and, in particular, kept posting. And now your PAB is dead because of it. Congratulations. Next time please respect the guidance we offer, it'll waste a lot less of your time and mine.

Update:
Several days go by and stakers don't respond to my emails. I write again at the MGA and after 2 hours I am contacted by stakers telling me that I could withdraw funds from my account again.
So I did and this time the funds arrived after 24 hours (Ecopayz). So, for the moment everything seems ok.
Now my curiosity is: Will contacting the MGA have taken effect or is it just a coincidence? Would you continue to play on this site? Thank you all

P.s. Maybe thread title could be changed in: Stakers tried to scam but they found a fighter :D
