Scammed By Jackpot Charm Casino

Well, where the criminal philosophy is money in, no money out net winners are an unwelcome liability.
Such bullshit if the case, I got another e-mail reassuring it would be paid out but I'm going to bug them as long as I can on this case. I can take them to court no? They are claiming to provide a service which they are not if they are not paying out. They haven't given a reason for not paying out they are just claiming they sent the money and that sometimes "technical problems" arise.

That phrase instantly gives me a bad feeling

Welcome to the world of unlicensed offshore gambling, based in locations outside the reach of jurisdictions in civilized countries.
A court - well picture a fat, seedy, sweaty, unshaven bloke in a stained white suit and Panama hat, sitting in a jungle hut with an open bottle of firewater and cigar ash rolling down his front and a squeaky old fan slowly rotating above his head. That's who you need to take it up with, although he will have a locked drawer with several $100 notes piled up inside which he accidentally 'found' in the paperwork these casinos submitted when applying for their 'licenses'.
In other words, there's absolutely f-all you can do. Unless you tell your payment provider you've been gambling at illegal casinos to which they shouldn't be processing payments.

Great. My bank told me as i authorised the payments they can\t help but I will mention that the casino may well be illegal in which case they shouldnt have authorised the payments...see what they say. Plus I paid for a service which I did not get which does come under their rights for terms and conditions. As in I thought i was paying to a gaming site where I was actually paying to bunch of scammers that take money. They never sent a text asking to confirm the payment so I guess I could get them on that?

I'm no expert on fraud law(guess it's trick as it's outside of the UK) but surely once i've proven I have evidence via email that i'm recieving the money I can get the police involved. Like they could track the phone calls? or something. Sadly I don't know any police officers, do know a couple of lawyers though. I've literally gone through every fraud site I can find but most of them deal with UK cases, I contacted the european consumer centre. I mean at the end of the day if i recieve nothing it's 900 euros less for me to spend on other gaming sites i'd lose or on impulse purchases.

Apparently if you keep complaining they make you download an app called perfect money which while not being a total scam, ends up costing you money to get the money there. A guy messaged me from a forum saying he got his orginal winnings of 2400 euro down to 2100 euro due to using the app but in the end just took it. He did say he'd deposited around 4000 euro though so they might not have cared about paying him out.

If I don't get it in a week i'm gonna ask them to send it to my neteller account and see what they say. If they start blabbing reasons why they can't then i'll take legal action.

How do you intend to take this legal action?.

You don't have a leg to stand on, they know that, we know that, sadly you are oblivious.

By all means keep on at them and hope you get a pay out (unlikely), but they will just laugh if you threaten legal action.

It's called clutching at straws. I try and be optimistic about such things. From the reviews i read they do sometimes pay out but you have to proper chase them up and even then they ask you to use perfect money which is dodgy as prince andrew. Who the hell knows maybe i'll be one of the lucky ones that gets a pay out. My last source of hope is they tried every trick in the book to get me to not live up to a term and condition but i researched them like a mother so didn't break any of their 4000 terms and conditions. I contacted my bank to say they should have marked up these payments as potentially fradulent(as they see them before I do) and they said they would look into it. Still whatever, to stay alive they do payout sometimes but the fact that I "beat the house" tells me at best i'd get deposits back and even that seems unlikely.

Ok so...guess what. Got the money. I shmoozed him by promising to deposit more if i got my winnings and looks like it worked.
Mmmmmm... it seems there's a few who've posted threads on here that miraculously get paid - eventually.
Now never, ever again deposit at a casino without checking the UK license out....

Trust me the whole thing was dodgy as anything. I got two seperate transactions from random russian names. I will not gamble there again, I either got lucky or the fact I promised to deposit more once i got my winnings got them to pay out.

Harsh but v true. Unless you have a Philadelphia lawyer under your mattress.

Fair play.
just avoid these places in future mate and enjoy your money.
Oh dude don't worry, my accounts been deleted, card cancelled i'm out of there.

If I could give a piece of advice on a matter like this if anyone runs into something similar i say don't pester them and keep demanding the money as I think once they think you don't trust them you won't deposit again. I kept implying I wanted to play again and hey presto..money!

Whether this tactic would work everytime i have no clue but rogue casinos do have to pay out sometimes otherwise they get shut down faster than usual. Probably helped that I studied their INSANE terms and conditions like a nerd before doing anything so they had no discourse on their to reject the withdrawal.

I got lucky. Avoid these casino and any licensed with Curacao.

That’s a disgrace. If only such licenses and such casinos could be dealt with that would make things loads better...

that said the worst brand id ever played at was nektan, it was kerching casino I believe.

I’d signed up and not spent a penny, won £500 from the NDB offer... didn’t get a reply for ages via chat or email so I called them.. (over 4 years, possibly more back)

as a gesture of goodwill they took my bank details and paid me in full (I had not deposited a dime) and was in my bank within the hour...

obviously I was mega lucky and with such a brand this isn’t the norm, but I took it and ran never to return after reading horror stories from them.

was just so odd the lady on the phone said as a one off we will pay you, and she did... remember as bought my daughter a trike Like buggy thing and it paid for her party also...

id not return, they are as reliable as the guardian for not telling fibs lol.

Lol as a one off we will pay you? Best part was the manager ivan was supposedly in Inverness scotland when he clearly was in russia or cyprus or god knows where. I've recieved enough spam phone calls about phone providers or claims advice from "birmingham england" to know when a numbers fake.

But yeah maybe I should delete this post in case they see it but I say the best tactic is to imply you want to play more as soon as I did that I got the money via bank transfer from two random names. Being aggressive and demanding the money won't help as they know you won't play again if you don't trust them.

Don’t think you can delete posts here mate as the boss is pretty transparent.

And rightly so as if anyone reads this they will or should avoid the heathen like outfit you played at.

just glad you got your cash, it’s rare from what I’ve seen on here from such outfits.

Was more in case fortune clock read this and realised that was my final tactic to try and get the money back by claiming I would play more when i had no intention of. Might have been a coincedence but after 2 days of BS excuses and me complaining as soon as I say I just want to start playing again, within an hour two withdrawals appear via bank transfer from 2 random russian guys.

Though maybe I gave myself too much credit and just got lucky. Rogue sites have to pay out sometimes otherwise they get shut down faster than usual.

You got your money mate. Stick 2 fingers up and laugh at them.

If they where decent then you wouldn’t be here wanting cash thats yours.

Exactly. I just feel bad for people that have gaming problems(i have one myself thats how i found the site as it wasnt on gamstop) that end up losing loads to these guys without seeing a penny. Even though they aren't licensed by UKGC when i mentioned the improper practices they said they would take it seriously and contact curacao who have licensed them. I said I would explain everything improper with the casino but said i'd wait in the off chance i got my money which I did. Best part about the good reviews of the casino is they always start with the same sentence "Thought I’d share my experience after seeing a lot of negative reviews."

By the way they were a licensed casino but fortune clock ironically was way less hassle than genesis casino. I waited 28 days for a withdrawal and they charged a 10% commision fee because i changed the payment method even though i requested it to my visa but they sent it to my paypal which i told them was deleted but they said they had to as I had made more deposits from there. They were true stains.

Also I don't get when someone claims they won off a disputed casino but then refuse to show proof they won them with the excuse they woudln't send their bank statement. You don't need to send a whole bank statement to prove you received winnings lol.

Many a issue does arise, many I addressed and many I won’t...
Time will tell how real or not certain folks are in regards to gambling and how honestly they promote it under there names...

I think Playford7 is referring to sketchy sorts who claim huge winnings and who aren't actually winning it. They have some sort of arrangement with the casino to pretend to win large sums, presumably to trick other people into thinking they can do it too.

On a different note: Maximum Casino is also ran by the crooks behind Jackpot Charm and all the other shady Russian casinos mentioned here. Maximum Casino uses the same "casino-interactive dot com" website to load pirated games that the latest casinos ran by that bunch use. The website they use that loads pirated demo games at least is owned by a Georgian slots company called Betsense, as I proved here: Scammed By Jackpot Charm Casino

Oh those fake reviews are obvious, they are so generically written that an idiot could see they are fake. However, I was paid out but I did give a warning that you might not get your money on my review.

I noticed that Magic Reels Casino is the newest casino created by this group. They appear to be pumping them out as fast as they can, probably because it doesn't take long for them to be exposed as rogue. Also, WG Casino is ran by them as well.

There is also another new scam outfit called Mr Sloty who are linked to 4Crowns that Max has posted a warning about. Both have this in their T&C's which is breathtaking even by rogue standards.

Exclusion, suspension and termination
6.1 We may refuse to register you as a player at any or all of the Casinos or elect to de-register, exclude or suspend you as a player from a Casino at any time, for any reason or for no reason whatsoever.

6.2 You acknowledge that we have no obligation whatsoever to provide you with prior notice of our decision to refuse, de-register, exclude or suspend you as a player, nor are we required to furnish you with any reasons for such decisions.
In other words,if you win we will block your account because you have won and we don;t have to give you a reason why.

"Or for no reason whatsoever"!? Ok this casino should be reported instantly for including that as a term and condition surely that's not legal? Ok this guy won so we're going to suspend him. I bet if you asked you'd be told "well you agreed to the terms and conditions if you signed up"

Something needs to be done about this, some poor bastard is gonna end up depositing loads of money get a withdrawal and then be told his account has been closed via t and c 6.1. God gambling can be grimey sometimes.

Jeez. When I was on the phone to the "manager" of fortuneclock his tone went from polite to suddenly really aggressive when I asked for proof of payment for peace of mind and he more or less told me to trust "how we do our business ok!?". That's now how a casino manager would speak.

It sounds more like how a shady sort would speak! If it interests you, the earliest casinos linked to the FortuneClock bunch I know of were registered by someone using a Georgian name. I don't think MrSloty/4CrownsCasino are connected to the FortuneClock bunch.

When you're getting phone calls from similar numbers used to the ones used to spam you about apparent "carphone warehouse deals" or "insurance for accidents" it's time for alarm. The number was apparently in Inverness but clearly wasn't.

Agent NoWager is currently the newest online casino created by the bunch behind FortuneClock/JackpotCharm. It's been registered today according to a WHOIS lookup. They use the same websites for pirating games from providers.

Someone was kind enough to give me some information about a payment processor that VeryWell Casino, who is part of this shady bunch, uses. That was enough for me to find out a lot of information about it. The payment processor calls themselves WCR-Pay, and has a website at wallet-cointer dot com. They also have various other websites for processing payments at wallet-travel dot com, paynow-wallet dot com, pepwallet dot net, qwallety dot net, and piastrix dot com (and piastrix dot ru). Piastrix is also used by a binary option website, and binary option websites are infamous for being scams.

One of the websites say they are ran by "Cointer Sp. z o.o.", and that may be true for some of the websites, but in the past they were likely ran by "Prominer Sp. z o.o.", which has a website at prominer dot pl and which was founded in 2018 - and both companies are registered in Poland. Prominer boasts on their website of being "a young dynamically developing team specializing in creating software for payment systems", and has an active payment processor website at first-icard dot com. Both of the names of the people who run the companies in question are Ukrainian from what I can tell, and it would be my bet that they're working together.

It wouldn't surprise me for a bit if these shit casinos were created by people behind their payment providers.
Your mentioned providers surely are owned by the same owners with Piastrix being currently the most active one.

Searching for Online casinos that accept Piastrix or even better go to Yandex and search for "казино которые принимают Piastrix", will lead to more interesting stuff :D.

And here, you can see who was a Piastrix site designer: portfolios.mica.edu/gallery/68140911/Piastrix-Global-Payment-System-%28Live%29

Just checked and the site is now not accepting uk players you can’t even log in to get on chat
Which should have been the case from day 1.
Just accept Jackpot Charm was and is a fraudulent operation, you've lost your money. You and multitudes of others. Your only option is to try and get your payment provider for the transactions on board.
