Rushmore free 10K tourney

jas.. i hope you get paid. i havent played there in over a yr. i placed in the tourneys and just played it all back. it was only 40 dollars or so. but like i said i quit playing there when they couldnt play players. the last withdarawl i got from them was a yr ago and it took them almost 3 months to get it to met. and i was lucky that i got it at all.
 
Im also waiting on a withdrawal from the tourney. I just tried to log in and it said there was a new software update and after it loaded still could not sign into the casino. Has anyone had any luck even logging into Rushmore?

Well Im a new member here and I was not aware of the status of Rushmore. I see that a lot of members here are well versed in the online casino world and Im just hoping to get some information in regard to withdrawals and log-in ability on Rushmore. If anyone has any information, please share.

Sometimes players are temporarily short of cash and play the free tounies in the hope of getting something from nothing. Its akin to getting a free chip when you are short of funds. Rushmore's 10 k tourney is a generous freeroll and one of its main attractions. Its also a way of retaining a dwindling core of players so they actually pay freeroll winners before normal players. If they are unable to pay the tourney winners now the word will spread like wildfire and they will be finished in a jiffy IMHO.

It was over a year since I made a deposit at Rushmore, but I have played the tourney.
Last weekend I won and cashed out $500. Was paid thursday morning.
Why noone is registered yet is because they have problems getting in to the casino. It has been up and down all week.
Usually there are around 700 people playing.

Now please don't bash me because I'm playing their tourney. It was nice free money;)

I didn't think they even tried to pay anymore, but Tirilej got paid. I play this tourney sometimes, it's free. I have made one deposit there, it was when they were accredited and it was bonus free. They already have my details, I already have a headache, of course I can give it a shot. I didn't think it was many players who registered but according to Tirilej it was 700/week. :eek2:

But I would never deposit there!
 
They started to have the connection problems the same week I got paid. I believe they thought it would go back to normal again because they called me twice the week after.
They have never called me before, so that showed that the purpose with keeping this tourney was to get people back depositing.

I had a lot to say when they called me and that wasn't anything nice.
I suppose they thought I would be grateful for the money :)

They have been down since then and I doubt that they will get back up, and I can't see that they will pay people they owe now.
No income, no money, no payments.

Don't worry, they will probably appeare as a new group with a new name soon :rolleyes:

I don't understand having "connection problems". Does this mean they have a legitimate technical/server issue or is this a euphemism for some bigger underlying issue with the business? Tirilej, where you a pretty big player on Rushmore or where they just mass calling their customers?

I was never a player at all, more than for the tournaments. I made a deposit in 2011 just to be able to play them.
They called me because I won to try and make me a player.

I read somewhere else that some other people had taken over the casino, I'll see if I can find it.
I don't know what that means but the issue is bigger then just technical, that I'm sure of.

I have played the tourneys for well over a year hadn't been able to deposit due to personal reasons won $40 several times an just played it out
this last time I won $40 I was able to get it up to $700 I went straight to cashout withen 3 days I got the email if you want to reverse we will match it 100% I declined now have not heard a word live chat tells me to email the cashier done that have called on the phone
they did tell me on the phone that they was having techinal problems so I couldn't log in glad to see I am not the only one that cant log in

error when logging in the mai page shows normal but when I click cashier I get this so .....

I got the same screen when I tried to log in and click cashier. Now today the software isnt loading at all, sigh.

Where you able to find out anymore information regarding a takeover/buyout. On the site it does say under construction but who knows what that means.

I have no need to since I really don't care about them.

I'm sad if you don't get your money but I think you should consider it lost forever.

I really do apologize for all the problems you have been experiencing.

The reason for these issues, is because we have been updating our severs.

We have been around since 2007 and occasionally we need to do important updates to the technical equipment.

Unfortunately during this routine update our server malfunctioned and crashed.

This meant we needed to recover all the data, games etc and resulted in us having to close the sites temporarily while the work was completed.



We have almost finished getting everything back up and running and will be back to full capacity soon.

Glad to hear that you received a response from them. My friend is also waiting for a withdrawal from them. He has had no responses to any of his emails. Can you tell me what email address you used to get to them. He was told by live chat the other day , when he was able to log in to send emails to support@rushmoreonline.com Thanks.

A rep told me 24-36 hours the cashier will be up, however now the software wont even load up at all, sigh.

Well my friend who's withdrawal was approved on Dec. 19, 2012 has finially heard from Tara today. She told him that his winnings were sent to his bank card today via PayMyCard and should receive it in 3-4 days. I did 2 withdrawals from them back a few months using PayMyCard and my winnings reached my bank the next day after it was sent. He also said that you are able to log into the casino and that the cashier is working. The tourneys are listed, but have not started yet. Will let you know when he receives his winnings, in case anyone else is waiting for a withdrawal.

Glad to hear this Cindy , now who in the world is Tara , been away from the forum for abit but what happened to Louise, thought she was still with them.
She used to be pretty good at getting folks paid back a few years ago and was active on CM, guess they come and go , lets hope this lady gets you your money asap !!
