I deposited at an RTG, won't tell the name but it wasn't CW, took a bonus and started playing. Bonus was 150% and had a very large playthrough. Started playing $1 to $1.25 per spin. Games where hitting and at one time I was up to over $300. I made playthrough and then it happened. Not another bonus. Period. Games just shut down. It was like a switch had been turned off. I was hitting $50+ bonus rounds like crazy before but the minute I made playthrough, zip, zero, nada.

If I hadn't been so pissed, I would have laughed. The casinos will tell you they have no control, all random. I think that is complete BS. Either the casino has control or RTG has control. I played for hours and then started again this am. Not like I didn't have a very good grasp of what was hitting and what was not.

Just does not compute for me.

Hey annie im president of that club lol. Did same put in withdrawal and then when they removed the bonus they put funds back in account so i withdrew again. Went out came home played well lets see 150 not one bonus round i hit one 10 dollar line thats it. And they say they dont have a turn off switch huh.

Sounds so familiar, same happened to me too, finished play-thru twice and lost 1000 after.

I think I know what casino you're talking about... ;)

once you reach the playthru withdraw only way you will make any cash

an don't reverse Ever

Cindy

Good Luck

SOUNDS LIKE RUSHMORE...

I rarely, take bonuses there any longer as it happened way to many times.

You are right it is as if a switch is turned off. Plus it is rediculous to have to wager 1500.00 on a $25.00 deposit and $50.00 bonus and then have to give back the $50.00 if you are lucky enough to end up with anything after the playthrough.

The other poster is correct. No matter what is left at meeting playthrough CASH IT OUT.

So that's why we should demand an implementation of "Randomness Control" feature in every casino, and in every game! Annie, do you know what's the difference between you and me, when we are playing? The difference is that I have never had a feeling like I was cheated or something like that, playing in casinos with "RC" option (and I'm talking not only about BV, there are 3 casinos with RC in the Net). I always know that I can easily check it, and even more - I can affect on the result by shifting numbers on Roulette (or Slots) or changing card order on Card Games.

Slotmonster,

I don't know anything about a "Randomness Control" feature. All I know is what I have seen after hours of play. Since I am in the US, my options for a good accredited casino are limited.

However, since I am not the only one who has experienced this 'phenomenon',
I don't think I am just imagining it. :D

I noticed another thing on some RTGs, as soon as you wager certain amount on that casino ( for me it was 20K or a bit more), the slots will "die" for you regardless, whether you made a cash out or not.
Well, i can't really say if this is permanent or not because I don't have infinite cash to deposit and find out, but so far this is what happening to me after multiple deposits.

The only view I would like to add to this discussion is, if the games keep hitting, casinos wouldn't make any money. These are games of chance, some RTG slots are very streaky ie they may pay alot over a short period then nothing for a while. I would hazard a guess that this link to PT being reached is nothing more than coincidental with a hint of annoyance and embarrassment that you didn't take your winnings when you should have done...ie you were a little greedy:D

Strange enough same problems here when i deposit. I never ever use to take a bonus out. What changed me on that was this lets say feb march april each week made 4 5 deposits same rtg nothing back for it no bonus. They sent me a free chip loyalty bonus chip in the email. Played that man hit every feature soon as playthrough came down to close to 0 nothing couldnt even cashout.
So on next few deposits i would alter bonus no bonus the only time i had fun playing their games was with a bonus. Slots so much looser hits all over free spins. That made the difference for me was the fun part and i found the odd time i could cashout. Now as the other lovely ladies stated soon as playthrough is over boom so is your fun. I thought this was just me till now i see a few of us lower deposit players are saying the same. Makes you wonder though does it not.

I played at an RTG last night and took the bonus for the hell of it.....Ran 50 bucks up to 152.00 after getting lucky....Played RainDance for about 5 hours with just 20cents and 40 cents bets..Of course went dead....but not blaming RTG....Just luck of the draw I guess...Probably, if I just went for it from the getgo would have a longer playing time honestly, had a good time on 25 bucksand even had some left over thgis morning before I went belly up....I still think slots sucks but slot players are nice people :)

I've always said that luck runs in streaks. Eventually the streak runs out and turns into a losing streak. The trick is to get out as soon as you see it starting to tip towards the losing streak.

I don't think they have a 'turn off' switch though. I thought that was a newbie paranoid theory. LOL I used to think they had a turn-off switch when I was new. I had all kinds of crazy theories in my head then.

You are not...there is a "switch"..on all the games and it is called "updates/upgrades" If you see this when logging into a game, run and run FAST!

The claim is they have no control over the payouts, so I guess the buck stops at the vendors door, but to have any changes implemented, it must be requested by the casino OWNERS/OPERATORS..yes, we are just some dumb bunnies believing everything we are being told...aren't we.. NOT!

The change in play in these casinos have become almost an insult to a depositing player.. I have stopped depositing a lot at any casino after getting offers for 40x, 44x etc bonus and deposit playthrough..I knew then the landscape has changed for the worse for the player..

I understand there is probably NO "switch", I understand randomness, I understand the "luck" of the draw, however, when you deposit and have the possibility of playing 200 spins at $1 per and each time every game you try bombs you begin to wonder. If you take a bonus and know your playthrough is 2K, trying $1, $.40, $2 and hit some bonus rounds in the beginning and as soon as you are close to the end of the playthrough it stops.....you begin to wonder. Granted, online gambling is for "entertainment" so what is a better way to entertain someone than to throw some bonus rounds in once in a while? What kills me is the 2nd time being able to cashout anything in 9 months of playing at XYZ casino they give me a freebie and the most I can cashout is 10x the amount which was $400...you guessed it..my balance was way over $400. That is annoying....so I understand everyone's frustration:eek:

Well I was never a big believer in the switch theory either, BUT here is my experience concerning their random jackpots......take it as you will.....

I have won 2 randoms in the past 6 years, and I must say they came at highly "convenient" times. (These came at 2 different acccredited RTG groups)

At one particular casino I reversed a rather large cash in and blew it all, and a week or so later I got a manager bonus (not sure but think it was for $100), thanking me for my loyal play. Well, I had a fantastic run with this bonus, and not long after playing hit a RJ for about $2500. (Mind you my reversed cash in was MUCH larger).

Last year, I was having a terrible run at this other RTG casino.....literally DOZENS of deposits with no cash in. A big cause of this was unreal runs at blackjack. Well I got fed up and contacted management, asking them to review my play as I felt I was being robbed. I also asked them to close my account as I was tired of throwing money away. Well they replied back that they didnt want to lose a good customer (I am a VIP at this particular casino), and gave me a $75 chip and wished me the best of luck. Well wouldn't you know I hit a RJ within 10 minutes for about $1300!

Maybe it was just dumb luck......but I have never believed these RJ's just hit at random.

Sorry this was maybe a little off topic, but I suppose they have a seperate "switch" for the RJs also. HMMMMMMMMMMMM

waht i have found my self doing is if i make a dep and get it up and it seems like the slots quit hitting i try to have to will power to walk away and come back later and sometimes i will hit a little more. or sometimes i will lose a little more. if i lose i try to get up and try again later. this works for me at club world, if i have a run of good luck i know it will end. so i go as long as i think i can and then stop. alothough i have upped my bet and lost it all thinking i might win some of it back since i was due for a hit. but im trying to have will power to follow this thru and see how it goes. i quit playing for about 4 days completely and all of a sudden when i made a dep i hit all kinds of good stuff. ill never figure it out.

sadly

theres no rhyme or rhythm to anything they do, but some things are truly wierd, and ive noticed the get to WR and stop thing also, in fact I rarely take a bonus at all because of it

On a different note wtg to reda and funeral on the RJ's, maybe this is a lucky thread

Yes, congrats guys.

funeral979, did you change your mind after hitting one on CR?? lol

Now on the topic, games usually die for me after I am at 50-70% play thru. Most of the times they hit well first and then slowly take it back.

I was playing with no bonus on 3 RTGs past weekend, same story.... Get my balance x3-4 and then lose it all. I wish i knew how to stop playing on time. :eek2: Played VP, the same happened.

So I definitely think that they have some kind of control, too many coincidences. Probably not only RTGs but all casinos.

Congrats:thumbsup: to anyone winning at R.T.G casinos, the only ones i have been able to have any playtime on is at Inetbet and Jackpot Capital, the others just ate my lunch , belched and left me sitting there with a sour taste in my mouth.

I think next year for Christmas, i'll send each one of those unlucky casinos a screwdriver set so they can loosen up the slots a bit:D..........laurie

Well it could just be that Louise is buttering me up with a nice welcome to Cherry Red:thumbsup:

But seriously, sometimes you just have to wonder. My other 2 randoms did seem to come at just the right time, but keep in mind I have been playing at the same 2 groups for a very long time before I decided to try a new group. And over the past year my total withdrawals at RTG casinos are easily less than 10% of what I deposited.

Maybe you just need a fresh start with a new RTG group. Worked for me

LOL - First of all, I treat my CM buddies all as equal, whether they are new or dare I say, old :p:p

You did do pretty good funeral979 - Looks to me like you played slots and 2 other games and won on all of them... Not bad going.

Good luck for some and a little less for others, but it doesn't mean that the bad luck will last forever!

:D Good luck all!! :D
