I'm just wondering what's the difference on the list between "Proceed with care" and "Proceed with caution" and "Not Recommended"? Basically it all means the same thing right?

I think "proceed with caution" is marginally worse than "proceed with care". Especially in light of the fact that the former contains an extra syllable.

Now if you would have asked what "Not Recommended" represents for the Rogue Pit, then quoting the site:

The "Not Recommended" casinos are just that, they are casinos that are not recommended because of substandard customer service, poor support, serious payment delays, bad bonus terms, and questionable business practices. Simply stated - these are casinos that you should avoid until they have corrected these malfunctions.

I would not "proceed" with any of the "not recommended" as stated above in the Rogue Pit. Affiliates *COUGH* (not all) often disagree.......So swim at your own risk, ya hear!!

Proceed with care = they may or may not meet the standards of accredited casinos, but they have a casino rep in the forum that may be able to assist you if you have issues or questions.

Proceed with caution = may or may not meet standards, but have no casino rep in the forum. You are pretty much at the mercy of the casino's management or its licensing jurisdiction if there are issues.
