Hello All,
It's been a long time since my last post as I've been more of a lurker and have preferred to be a listener these days. I really enjoy all the banter that goes on in here.
I wanted to share a curious situation I'm in with the Royal Sands/Cleopatra's Palace Group.
I've primarily been playing at the Club World Casino group for the past couple years and have been overall happy with the way they run their casinos. They offer fair bonuses with achievable wager requirements and reward their regular players with occasional Free comps from the manager. As a matter of fact I received one 10 days ago and had a good run at the blackjack tables and made a recent 1k withdrawl... More on that later.
Historically I've avoided many bonuses because I like to play without worrying about meeting the terms, although I use them on occasion. I stumbled upon Royal Sands as they were offering exceptionally high bonuses that could be redeemed for any game in the casino, so I thought I would give them a try.
Over the course of the past month in a half I've deposited around 1200.00 and received various bonuses on those deposits. Unfortunately I didn't have lady luck on my side, but I enjoyed the play.
Like I have experienced over the 12-15 years I've been playing at online casinos, I received a few manager comps in my account at Royal Sands too. This morning I received an email from their VIP manager, Donna Kruger, telling me that my account was credited with 100.00 as a manager comp in my account to thank me for my loyalty.
As luck would have it, I was on a roll on a couple slot machines and at the tables and built my bankroll up to 1100.00. I initiated a chat session with their support to check to make sure I met their wager requirements to withdraw as I was certain that there were limitations. At the Club World Casino group their WR on 100.00 from the manager is 10X with a 1K maximum withdrawl limit. When I asked the assistant what my requirements were I was taken back by the response I received.
"60X WR and a maximum withdrawl of 50.00"
Then the rep directed me to read the terms of their promotions for no-deposit bonus at:
That's right. Manager comps fall into the no-deposit bonus category at Royal Sands. That is your loyalty reward.
Amazingly I have exceeded the WR, but all that work limits me to a withdrawl of 50. I lightly battled it out over chat, but was just told they would forward my complaint to the VIP manager.
So I am in the wrong for not interpreting their promotion terms to lump in no-deposit bonuses with manager comps. I'm willing to submit to that.
Let this be known to all of you who are considering playing at Royal Sands & Cleopatras palace. There are better places to play obviously. I should have stuck to Casinomeister's accredited casino list.
I'll let you know if I hear anything back from their VIP manager as the chat rep told me they would forward my complaint. I'm not expecting to hear back based on the tone & position their online rep used on me. But we'll see..
