Dear Davidee,

Thank you for providing us with your documents.

We’ve received them, and passed on to our verification department for further processing. To enable us to proceed with your account verification, please kindly provide us with the following documents, and we’ll take care of the rest:

  • A scan, clear photo, PDF or screenshot of a bank statement with number ending ***5246 showing your name, account number and issuing/transaction date, which should be no older than six months.

i sent them all of my documents needed but when i tried cashing out they are demanding more?
i have checked my bank statements and my account number doesn't show up at all
am i doomed?

i have tried calling my bank twice and they keep telling me they don't give bank statements with account number visible

If you tell us which bank, perhaps a fellow canuck that banks the same bank might be able to help. Now, none of my statements or pages available have my bank card number for instance, but do show account number. I'm BMO. I've had to provide multiple pages before however, as address and transactions do not show on the same page(s).

my bank statement shows my credit card number but not my account number
my account number only shows up on my direct deposit page
but my direct deposit page doesn't show my name or the date

Hey all, just to update in public that we're in contact via PM at the moment.

Of course as you all know we don't hold funds for no reason at all, but we have to do our due diligence as a licensed operator.

I'm sure we will find a way to work it out, the best is always to stick to the email chain you'd receive from our team, or if needed you can open a live chat on our website as well. I completely understand frustration when you're waiting for your winnings, but as I said it is our legal obligation to do these kinds of checks.

Please be cooperative and have some patience and within no time you should have the funds in your account :)

It's like when casinos ask for a screenshot of your Neteller account showing your account number and name and address.
I've yet to find a page on Neteller that shows both together.
And even the casino themselves can't tell you where to look. But I've had some insisting on it.

(Not Royal Panda, btw)

This is reason why i will only play at one or two casinos that verified my account easily enough like VS. And for any foreign based casino I will only use Neteller. If and when they stop taking Neteller i will stop using them. Could not be arsed with bank statements and copies of cards and all that crap.

At least UK bookies if a card expires or you get a new one you simply change the card details yourself. Never any need to send letters and statements and photos of the damn cards.

Top rep. Kudos mate

Actually, I've just checked my bank statements (Barclays UK).
They don't show my address either. Even if I were to print them off or download them as a pdf.

I would assume this is because they're online, rather than physical paper ones, which would use the address for mailing (showing through the window of an envelope).

Maybe it's time the industry caught up with everyone else.
Who gets bank statements or, for that matter, utility bills through the mail these days?

Lol after reading that i decided to check my bank statement.

I am with Clydesdale and after actually going into the statements page away from transactions i viewed my statements and they actually had my name and address at top. Would have sworn it never. But one thing i have saw is casinos ask for the statement showing the transactions. My statement now no longer shows who it was i deposited with it just says cash advance at them all. Even when it used to say William Hill it never ever gave card details which casinos seem to want to prove card is linked to account.

But wish i had not looked lol as i never realised i had made so many deposits in last month. My statement seems to be just a list of cash advances:eek::oops:

But that is mainly because of 2 half decent withdrawals from WH which i used some of to make several deposits at Coral etc. But sure looks a mess on the statement. Thank god i don't get them through post or partner would be like how much do you gamble lol if she accidentally opened my mail by mistake like has been known to happen lol:rolleyes:

But point is it is my money and my life. I was actually up last month on gambling. But although my statements don't normally look like that it just shows why you would not want to send them to any place.

Mine just have name, email address, account number and phone number at the top.
They do list the casino name or payment processor though.
It would probably be better if they did list them as cash advances, at least then they're more anonymous, rather than gambling transactions

This is where a combination of evidence documents works best especially for things like bank accounts as there is not one single standard that is used be every single bank.

I know of bank where they have amazing facilities online, whereas others its like pulling teeth to get any kid of statement outside of your set bank issued statements plus they can sting you to pay for them.

To apply rules and restrictions when there can be so much variance , maybe applying these steps at the very beginning before even allowing play.

Dont take peoples money if you are going to make the process to give them some back harder than getting a mortgage.

I go to the page with the rest info requested (history, transaction details, account or personal information) and then click on the right up corner icon

to expand revealing email, name and acc No. Boom, all in one screenshot. :)

I'll remember that.
But the point I was making was that certain casinos were asking for information, which even they didn't know how to get.

I have absolutely no knowledge of Canadian banks. But there must be a way to get the screenshot online if you login to your bank account.
If you go through all the links and pages, history and statements, transaction details, printable version or pdf copy.....
It has to be there somewhere .....

I wanted to offer that information since it did puzzle myself for a bit the first time requested.
Some casinos do ask some odd or even impossible docs, but if it's an accredited one and you are honest the problem is easily resolved.

Then what you have there is a credit card statement.
A statement of account from the bank can hardly be presented as such if it doesn't state which account it is a statement of.

I bank with TD and the e-statement available for download in my online banking contains the account number, branch number, bank address & telephone.
It also includes my full name & address all nice and easy to read at the top of the statement.

If your bank says they don't provide such things, tell them you'd be happy to close your account since it appears they are unable to match your account to your transactions and that frightens you ;-P

i'll try sending them a screenshot of my deposits but it looks like they aren't honest
if it doesn't work i am down a lot of money and i was never getting anything back for my deposits

Work with the rep via PM, not with the CSR via email. Also, a change in your attitude might help.

Since the discussion seems to continue here I'd like to clarify a little as well (without going into details about the specific case).

Anti money laundering is a very big and important requirement for licensed (online) casino operators. One of the many things we do to prevent money laundering is that we try to make our customers withdraw back to the same method as they used to deposit. Another is to make sure that the deposit and withdrawal method are both in the name of the account holder with Royal Panda. Sometimes, these things are very transparent and easy, sometimes we need to request certain documents to ensure that this is the case.

If you're ever requested such documents, don't be alarmed, we most likely don't suspect you of anything. We're just meeting our legal obligation with our procedures to prevent money laundering from happening via our organisation in general.

Why sometimes you're asked for more documents than you already provided can be because you started using a new deposit/withdrawal method, or because you reached a certain threshold that triggered further due diligence requirement.

We never request documents just to slow down a withdrawal, it's our goal to have your money back to you as soon as possible so that you are happy returning customer rather than someone who's upset and disappointed with our service and won't consider playing with us in the future. Unfortunately sometimes these things just take time, but providing the requested documents accurately will always ensure that you get approved the fastest.

If you bank online you can download your latest bank statement in PDF format.

Your account number should be there

If you give more details... Bank name - or even post some screenshots - (With anything private blotted out ) maybe your fellow canadians can assist you better

I am from UK and Bank statements here show account numbers. Well mine does ..Maybe its not all

Other than the major Canadian banks, we have numerous Credit Unions, Trust Companies, and availability to banks that are online only.

The prepaid card I used to use even had the option of having direct deposit to it. Is it this kind of situation Toph as I see you mention having the credit card number showing on your statements?

If you don't actually have a bank account, of course it would not be possible to provide a statement. Another Canadian member recently ran into an issue that ended up with having to re-open an old account in order to get paid.
