The main point is they are offering you to make a few deposits to claim a promo this is fine , i made a few to get the royal spins again no problems here, what i don't like or would think is in breach of ukgc or least i would think so, is to unlock these winnings from free spins , as this would require even more deposits to clear wagering again this is pretty much forcing you to deposit to clear wagering & this could take a lot of deposits since its over £8484.00 to clear wagering, i cannot recall any other casino doing this. so i have a ok balance but this should be going from winnings from free spins , you should not have to deposit to clear wagering, i'm not bashing the casino i just don't see this as being fair.

Partly my own fault because of double terms on their homepage , one says 35x wagering on free spins & yes these are free as per page , but then goes onto say that lower down that free spins are 35x but have to come from cash balance, contradicting the above terms , that line should be set in one not in two lines, this can be seen for the promotions page.

this is the problem you don't get these on same day you have to wait following day at noon , its kinda bent if you ask me, i just cant get this round my head responsible gambling & all that yet this is forcing a player to deposit to clear wagering i find this unethical. i'm not blaming the casino but come on im kinda not happy at all & Melvin has not been here for a week , i thought reps get a alert a week of not logging in isn't good at all.

Royal Panda is a great casino but i don't think they should be allowed to have bonus caught up like this where only cash counts for wagering. Either have it split or have it so bonus can be wagered. I am surprised they still have it this way since all the new strict laws came from UKGC etc. ?

Is this type of bonus not compliant though? Your cash isn't tied up at any point, which I think is what the UKGC was trying to stop. Not that I like this type of bonus at all.

There are also many upsides, we don't tie your bonus and cash funds together, there is no maxbet or cashout restrictions when playing with your cash money. No maximum withdrawal amount from the spins, you don't have to lose your cash before starting to wager your bonus. The only downside indeed, is when you lose your cash balance and are unable to meet the WR on a big bonus. But even then it's better than a bonus you can't play with.

well I wish I had read this thread first I deposited a whole £10 took a £5 bonus dipped into the bonus and currently up to £125 but could not understand why bonus not reducing went to live chat who informed me I have to deposit again to make the wagering, seriously what the hell is the point of this bonus, think I will be waving bye bye to royal panda after today
